My reservation had not been properly added to the system and so she was unable to check me in. We quickly established that I should have been booked in and although it took nearly 30 mins to resolve she ensured I was looked after, arranged a drink from the bar and ensured the issue was resolved. "Stayed for 2 nights in Nov 2024. Room was very comfortable and clean. We didn't eat in the hotel but did try the bar. Unfortunately for both nights about half of the draught drinks were not working and they had no white wine. Otherwise, good stay and would stay again."
