Staff was very rude, and they had this door on the side of the building broken for days. They’d fix it and it would be broken again within the hour. They did not maintain the property well and their attitude at the front desk was not a pleasant one.

Sm familuar with Braintree. Here ad a stop on way to Logan Airport via Logan Express bus.
Only disappointment was that the website stated that there was a free shuttle bus to and from the local subway station. Sadly, this was not the case and I’m not sure when this service stopped but it should be taken off the website.
