Farm Stay Tiny House is the ideal Braidwood accommodation near Batemans Bay—Surf Beach, Malua Bay, and South Broulee Beach, all within an hour's drive. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home located in the Southern Tablelands, with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.
The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, including our gardens and farms.

Farm Tiny House sits in the small town of Braidwood, which is best known for its historic buildings that have been meticulously preserved and are now used as restaurants, cafes, and stores. It's the ideal farm stay NSW escape and Braidwood accommodation, close to Batemans Bay—Surf Beach, Malua Bay, and South Broulee Beach, all within an hour's drive.
What's more, Bedervale is also a historical building with a National Trust-listed homestead designed by John Verg in 1826. If you're interested in history, we can arrange a historic house tour for you as we are 2.5 km away from Braidwood township.
Getting Around:
By car:
- 1 hr (88km) drive to and from Canberra
- 5 hr (1.4km) drive to and from Braidwood
- 35 mins (45km) to and from Big Hole
By Public transport: We recommend guests to travel on a private vehicle or v-hire.
Other Things to Note:
- No smoking allowed on the property
- BBQ grill is not available
- Light breakfast is available at an extra cost
- No unregistered guests are allowed on the property
- Tour of the historic homestead comes at an extra cost of $50
- Guests can bring their firewood or purchase them from local petrol stations
- Please keep in mind that the property is situated 50 meters away from the common road
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
Guest Advisory
- Pets are allowed and are limited to only 1 dog or cat
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Please advise that there will be some farm animal noise during your stay with us
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival

- Please keep in mind that some areas are shared, such as the BBQ grill, chairs, etc.
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
