Overall very clean, only let down by the rusty rails in the bathroom. Wouldnt put me off staying again, it was so peaceful and comfortable."

Our hosts were very friendly and gave us good advice on where to visit locally and the easiest way to get into Yarmouth which was only a few minutes walk. Good breakfast and the room was nice and comfortable with plenty of space. Free parking unlike some other establishments. Would highly recommend."

"We had a warm welcome at Watermead House. Having booked very late, our room was on the top floor. It was extremely comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities, a large screen television and a spacious shower. We found it lovely and quiet. We appreciated the advice on local restaurants which were a short walk away. Breakfast was exceptional, ordered the evening before from a wide selection so no delay and very tasty. "

"Fantastic place to stay! Very clean and well maintained period property with an interesting history! Our room was also very clean, with a good shower in the en-suite bathroom. There are good tea/coffee making facilities in the room, even a mini-fridge for keeping everything fresh. Everything was replenished daily, even the lovely selection of biscuits! Breakfast was superb and all included in the price. There was good selection of fruit, yogurt and serials plus a fantastic full English breakfast...
