8 miles to Anna Maria Island!
Convenient and comfortable first floor unit, but a little dark because its front door entrance is hidden behind a large column in a corner. All systems and appliances were in working order, the pool was large and clean, and we liked its proximity to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Our only complaint was that a large team of unexpected and very noisy exterior painters arrived on the job super early, music blasting, lots of shouting back and forth right outside our windows to tape off the rear sliders, front door and windows. Sleeping in even a little was impossible.

We wanted to be close to IMG and this was perfectly located for us. Couldn't beat it for the price. Hotel's were going for 3 to 4 times the price for IMG Graduation and to have 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms for the 3 of us was amazing. Ning was great with timely communication.

Great host
Host was extremely responsive and punctual when responding to our questions and requests. She provided all the kitchen utensils and paper goods etc. It is a great place to stay with close proximity to so many important sights , beach and grocery stores.

Great Spot for a Florida stay
This rental was amazing and we didn't even take full advantage of all that we could have. 15ish minute drive to the beach, 15ish minute drive to shopping, 30ish minute drive to tampa and much more. Plus, the rental had access to the facility Club House, Pool, and much more that we didn't utilize.

Perfect for what we needed!
This place was perfect for our weekend lacrosse tournament. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. Close to sports complex, groceries, dining, beaches. And the communication with the owner was quick and pleasant. She was very accommodating with our requests. My family and I would stay here again. The only small negative was the unit had a musty smell when we arrived, but it faded and won’t prevent me from staying here again.

Ning was very responsive for quick questions. Just a couple small things that would improve impression. Safety hazard entering 2nd bedroom. Wood separation at door (on floor) is loose/comes off if you touch w/toe when walking in room. Wires at TV in Living Room should be covered. Should include specific TV instructions to get started. Hard to figure out if not used to that system.

I've been traveling to Bradenton for many years to visit grandkids. Sometimes stay with family, sometimes hotels. Decided to try this and it was great! Condo very clean and beds very comfortable. I didn't cook at all but if needed to, there seemed to be everything you needed. Very nice neighbors! Will definitely use again if available.

Our stay got off to a bad start as we arrived more than an hour past check-in and the unit was filthy: dirty sheets on the floors, dirty towels on the floors, half-eaten food in the fridge, wastebasket full to the top, floor filthy. We called Ning and she did answer right away. It seems the cleaning people neglected to clean the unit when they were supposed to the day before and then Ning forgot to check on the day of our arrival to see if they did. To her credit Ning did get someone over right away to clean and was very apologetic. She also gave us a $100 gift card to Amazon for our inconvenience. Two people came and gave the unit a quick clean. They did not change the blanket on the bed. On one bed there was no mattress pad and there were urine stains on the mattress. On the other bed the fitted sheet was too small for the depth of the mattress so it kept coming off several times during the night leaving us laying on the plastic mattress pad beneath. On one of the beds the headboard was not attached to the bed and just propped up against the wall behind the bed. A cockroach joined me in the shower one morning. When my husband took the garbage to the dumpster he found two rats scurrying around in it. On the bright side, it was incredibly hot while we were there and the air conditioner worked great. And the showers had very good water pressure. The unit is functional with all of the basic necessities but nothing more than that. No extra amenities.

Perfect location
This is the second year we’ve stayed in this condo. I have family and friends in the LWR and Ellenton area and this puts us right where we want to be! Great dining selections close by, grocery store within walking distance and a very short drive to the beach. This year we had an issue with the AC not working properly and Ning had someone there that day and she is always quick to respond to messages! We will definitely consider this spot again next year!!!

Girls Beach Trip
We had a wonderful week staying here. We had a little trouble with locking the door, but Ning responded to our message & explained how to lock the door. The AC unit couldn’t cool us off enough, thankfully we had fans so that helped. This place is conveniently located & about 20 minutes from the beaches, depending on traffic.
