Nice and comfortable
The condo is just as listed and has everything that you need for a great stay. The location is great as there are numerous places to eat and shop. Blazing fast internet service for devices and clean/comfortable accommodations!

Nice location- perfect space
Great location to use as jumping off point to beaches, nature preserves (especially Robinson Preserve), museums (Ringling Bros, others), historical sites (De Soto, etc), Sarasota, St. Petersburg, and much more. Bed very comfortable, small living area, plenty of space otherwise, access to pool and tennis/pickleball courts. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Wonderful stay!
Very comfortable, has everything you need! Just exactly what we needed. Relaxing, comfortable, and friendly place. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking utensils, and we were able to make a lot of meals there. It was nice having a pool at our disposal. Staff in the clubhouse was helpful and friendly.

Lots to do
The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. Not only is there a lot to do in the area, beaches, restaurants, baseball, shopping, parks, attactions, etc, there is a lot to do at the Shorewalk vacation homes. They have pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffle board, basket ball, etc. You don't have to go far to enjoy yourself.

Baseball Tournament
We were staying for a baseball tournament. The property was perfect. We cooked our own meals so we didn’t have to constantly eat out, shopping was extremely close and the ball fields were 5 minutes away. Having a washer a d dryer on site is always a huge benefit when dealing with baseball players. Would highly recommend. There were many restaurants near by too if we chose to eat out.

Another great stay at shorewalk!!
We've been staying at shorewalk for 10 years now. After renting from Mr. Pascal a couple years ago I was delighted to find out he now has 2 rentals and one was available for our last minute vacation June 19-25, 2016. We've now stayed in both rentals and they are the nicest, cleanest, best stocked rentals in shorewalk!! Mr. Pascal is a delight to work with and we will continue to stay in one of his rentals when visiting Florida. The condo is very clean, has cable, wifi, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, fully stocked kitchen, wonderful dining area, comfortable living room with cable television. The condo is so clean and comfortable. You'll love it!!! Shorewalk has 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball, and a beautiful club house. Just a 5 minute drive to Gulf of Mexico. You won't be disappointed. The only down side to our stay was having our bike stolen out first night there. The theif came in a blue Toyota around 5:30 am, cut the bike lock and off he went with our bike. ( the thief was caught on camera) the bradenton police department was unwilling to even take a look at the video of the theif stealing our bike and after a half day of running around trying to get a police report we finally decided to cut our losses and have fun!!! So don't leave anything of value even if it's locked up outside!! This is the only time we've ever had a issue like this and Mr. Pascal was very helpful.

Very comfortable and homey. It sounds like the tv speaker was blown. Plus take a shower in the front bathroom and the faucet leaked and wouldn't shut off all the way but other than that we enjoyed the apartment. Would recommend

needs maintence
Overall the property fit our needs as far as room for three older sisters on a sister's trip. The beach/pool towels were old thin and tiny, closet doors that did not stay on the tracks, only the roll of tp on the holder in each bathroom, no extra supplies at all as far as paper products and garbage bags.

This is an excellent condo and you can't beat the price! The condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The location is great - close to stores and the beaches.
