Great flowing open floor plan. Beautifully renovated bath and kitchen. New flat TVs and internet, front door RING camera, Wi-Fi and outdoor grill. Swimming pool and nice private fence around the yard. Close to downtown Bradenton and Manatee Riverwalk park. Very close to the shopping and dining.

Restful stay to getaway
I Took myself away for a two day birthday stay to be alone swim do morning yoga. It was extremely nice having a private pool all to myself. The beds weren’t as comfortable as I am us to but everything else I will give a 10.

Loved the Pool
My husband and I were in town due to a death in the family with many tasks to take care of. Thank goodness we had a quiet, comfortable home to return to each evening. Relaxing in the sparkling pool was the perfect ending to the day.

Our experience with this property was wonderful. The property is impeccably clean and was as described in listing. It’s very convenient to local shopping as well as an island which was the purpose of our stay. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful in all matters with the state and afterwards. Perfect weekend getaway
This property was perfect for our weekend getaway. The house is about 15 min from the beach, there are several stores and restaurants nearby. The house was extremely clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Pool is newer and very clean as well. I highly recommend this property; the only concern was we did not see a hot tub.

Week long get a way
We were very impressed with the house and the neighborhood. Owners let us know when they were coming to maintenance the pool (chemicals) prior to their arrival. We will definitely stay at this property again.
