This home was crafted with love for your family or friends, with space for indoor and outdoor gatherings - with room for games, meals & memories. Grill outside, hang in the treehouse, or go for a swim!

In the delightful kitchen, formal living space, and outdoor entertainment area you have breathtaking views of the outside grounds, landscape, and scenery. The formal dining room boasts ample seating for dinners and hosting discussions over libations. That, along with a bar-style eatery and an eating cove next to the kitchen, provides a gathering space for all to enjoy some delicious food.

This comfortable private home is located just 5 minutes from downtown Bradenton.  Downtown Bradenton is on the Manatee River and has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts.  The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 35-minute drive (9.6 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 35-minute drive south which is a great place to watch a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping.   You will also find dining options in nearby Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island which all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach.  The home is centrally located to I-75 to take quick trips to Tampa or Orlando areas.

Fantastic getaway for a large group
The house is beautiful, perfect for our large group! Everything we needed was provided and easy to find. The pool and the game room made for a good gathering space. Would 100% recommend! We plan on returning in the near future!

Great place for a large family
We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and plenty of room for our family of 13. Kitchen was well stocked and the pool and pool house area entertained us for several days. Pool was cleaned and taken care of. Host was responsive.

Beautiful home
This home was as beautiful as the pictures. There was more than enough room for our family of 12. The backyard is truly an oasis with the pool, hot tub and fire pit. The only downside was the mosquitoes. The screened in porch was a great place to enjoy the weather without the mosquitoes.

Tropical Oasis
I would highly recommend this property to anyone with a large group. There was more than enough space for a party of 12 and the pool and rec room were great places to watch TV, listen to the radio, play darts/pool or just sit back and relax. In addition, the team was very responsive to all inquiries during our stay. This property was well worth the cost.

Spacious and beautiful!
Spacious home which was clean upon arrival. The game room has its own AC unit keeping you cool and relax with a game of pool or foosball. Large dining room made a great place to gather at the end of the day. Convenient location - not a far drive to the beach. We’ll be back!

Great property as advertised. Pool is great for all ages. Games room is perfect. One suggestion - re-route the roof drain on the garage closest to neighbor at front of garage. Rain water runs into the garage corner with the downspout's current position. Thanks.

Nice house
The house was huge. Old house, but tons of character! The pool was a great size. With a shallow end to sit in chairs, but deep enough to play in. Plenty of hot water for our group of 12 each day. Beds are very comfortable (even the bunk beds) Only a few complaints. $400 cleaning fee, but the house was not cleaned to that level. Bowls in the cabinet were dirty, cup rings on the window sills, bbq grill needed to be scrubbed prior to use. The TVs in the game room had power, but neither would turn on. The kitchen aid appliances in the kitchen are gorgeous! But the refrigerator doors don’t close easily. And it takes a lonnnnnng time to get to temp. The oven also took about 30 minutes to preheat to 425.

Oasis away from home
The property was everything as described and more!!! Beautiful backyard with an amazing pool! 2 cabanas for relaxing and a gameroom in the garage was a big hit! The gameroom has another kitchen inside which made it nice to bbq ans not have to keep going into the house ans also had a table to eat on as well! Definitely did not disappoint!

Stay in Bradenton Beach
We had a great stay in Bradenton Beach! The house was very cute with seemingly recent updates. We were staying here for a bachelorette party, there were 10 of us that comfortably fit with room to spare. I do want to point out that most of the listing is accurate but there was a typo in one spot that listed an extra bedroom. There are total 5 bedrooms. The pool is a beautiful oasis with a convenient close game room that has ample fridge space and an additional half bath. The thermostat took us a little to figure out as it was set on a schedule and would fluctuate temperature a bit. Overall, the place was great and I would highly recommend. The communication with the host was also very timely.

Paradise
The house had everything that you need for a family vacation. Kitchen was fully stocked. Spacious rooms. Game room was a hit! The backyard was a Resort Paradise! Great place for family pictures. Anna Maria Island was very close and an awesome beach. Debbie, the property manager, stopped by to replace a couple of lightbulbs. She gave us her number but never needed to call. Thanks for sharing your home with my family. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will return.

Resort feel in your backyard!
This property is exactly as listed. The house is an older home that has been renovated. It’s beautiful with a nice kitchen, 5 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms. The detached garage was renovated to a game room with a great kitchen and 2 huge flat screens with a bar/seating by the pool. Now, for the best part… that pool! The backyard feels/looks like your own little private resort. There’s a comfortable little tiki hut where you can relax and watch the kiddos swim. It was really BEAUTIFUL. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! 5/5 recommend.

-Amazing pool. Whole house actually looked like the listing. Great family vaca. Safe and comfy house for kids and adults. Beautifully designed. Lots of fun and beautiful beaches close by. Improvements: -More hooks or rods for towels and suits in bathrooms and outdoor shower -Latch for the inside of the outdoor shower. -More drinking glasses (not just plastic cups) -Cushions for long outdoor chairs -More beach chairs -Whole new set of beach towels to be more luxurious -More bath towels -Better instructions/communication about pool and hot tub operations. We were confused on temp and lights and they were inconsistent. -Too expensive for the location

Really enjoyed our stay
Overall the property was exactly as pictured. We really loved the “older home” feel with new updated amenities. The appliances were nice and new. The only complaints we had were the master bedroom downstairs never seemed to get very cool. The rest of the house was nice but ours just never got as cool as the others. The wood floor in the master definitely needs to be replaced. I let the property manager know and they did say this was being addressed. My only other complaint is one that may not bother everyone but my kids and I tend to attract every mosquito within a 30 mile radius. While the lush landscape is very beautiful and tropical it also attracts so many mosquitoes. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool as much as we wanted to due to being ate up the second we stepped outside. This was even a problem mid afternoon. We did try the citronella candles and even bought some fogger cans which did nothing. If that doesn’t bother you then you can ignore my comment. Upon our arrival we did notice there was plastic cups in the bottom of the pool and the water was cloudy. I called and they had someone come right out which was very much appreciated. Other than that we really enjoyed our week here!

Beautiful oasis
The property is everything it appears to be online. Our only problem were the mosquitos. Even with spray-many girls had hundreds of bites. Other than that it was a perfect stay!!
