This is a newly renovated 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom canal front home Located in Bayshore Gardens. It's renowned for its stunning location on the shores of Sarasota Bay. In just minutes, you can reach SRQ Airport, Sarasota's cultural center, the well known IMG Academy, and world-class beaches.

This home has 2 master bedrooms both with king beds. The downstairs master suite has an attached full bathroom with walk in shower. The upstairs master shares an attached bathroom with the connecting room that has two twin beds as well as a trundle bed. This bathroom also has a large walk in shower. Large closets in both the master bedrooms.

The other 2 bedrooms on the first floor both come with queen size beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. The home has indoor dining for 12 +. The back covered porch has outdoor dining for 8 and includes a gas grill and stove top which is perfect for evening dining. There is a second level outdoor space with plenty of comfortable seating. A perfect place to watch the beautiful sunset over the canal.


The private dock leads to the crystal blue waters of the Sarasota Bay which is filled with beautiful fish, manatees, and amazing sandbars.

Guests have access to the boat dock and lift that can fit up to a 26 ‘ boat. There is additional sea wall parking for additional boats or jet skis
