Nice Condo with beautiful view
We stayed the month of April 2018 in this 1st floor new condo in Lakewood National Resort. It was very well decorated, clean and very comfortable with nice furniture, beds and linens. The kitchen was well stocked with Kate Spade dishes, pots, pans and utensils. The view was delightful to include a pond and view of 12th green. The Owner Steve supplied us with everything we needed from paper products, cleaning supplies, toiletries, water, soda, beer in refrigerator, a well equipped liquor cart and two very nice gifts with a welcome note. There was a large desk with a printer and a Chrome book for use, but we had our own computer. We had a problem with the DVR and Steve contacted the cable company and a new box was installed. We were amazed with his generosity and attention to detail. We enjoyed the golf course and would recommend this condo and community as one of the best on VRBO. Thank you Steve for everything you did to make our stay great! Rich and Jean McGuire

AWESOME...the best rental through VRBO we ever did
This brand new, 2 BR 2 BA condo was absolutely beautiful. The condo was professionally furnished with comfortable seating including great mattresses. The owners' attention to detail not to mention water, beer and sodas in the fridge, toiletries including toothpaste, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. in both baths, laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. was second to none. It was also complete with Kate Spade dishware and upscale pots, pans, utensils, etc. They thought of everything you could possibly need and then some. We have rented many places over the last 15 years through VRBO and have never seen this level of detail and generosity. They even left us a welcome note and lovely gifts. It was so nice we even took our shoes off at the door so not to "dirty" the floors!! We loved being on the first floor and enjoyed the great view of the lake from the well appointed lanai. Although the pools and fitness center were not open yet, we were able to take advantage of the beautiful golf course. The owner, Steve, was delightful to work with and answered any questions or concerns immediately. The next time we plan to visit Sarasota we would most definitely stay here again. Just one message to future renters: please respect the property and furnishings as if your own -- it is truly a great place. Thank you, Steve, for sharing your home.

Great property and host!
We enjoyed everything about our stay as well as the overall community that the property is located in. The property was extremely clean when we arrived. The decor was obviously carefully planned and everything matched and looked great. Even the dishes matched the decor. The property was also well stocked with some thoughtful things that made sure we didn't immediately have to run out to pick up essentials.(various beverages, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.) The couple of times we contacted the owner he immediately was available and took care of our problem. We highly recommend this property and owner!

Beautiful property. Great setup of bedroom, sitting room, kitchen and porch. Beautifully decorated and top-of-the-line quality in couch, TVs, beds, towels, etc etc etc. Development facilities are great - pool is amazing; workout center and golf course. Can’t say enough great things about the property. Steve, the host, was outstanding and made the stay really easy. Texted a lot prior to arrival and then didn’t need to text with him, at all. Everything was well thought out, so there was no need. Recommend HIGHLY 👍😀 We will stay in the same place / condo if we go back next year - my daughter was practicing with the Sarasota ballet. I texted the Owner, Steve, after we very easily checked in and unpacked, that his online descriptions, photos and past reviews were "spot on" - EVERYTHING was as described and pictured and was PERFECT! My husband was still working from "home" in FL, so the Office area that Steve has place of a dining room table, with a desk, comfy chair and printer, was just perfect for him! I over-packed, not knowing what would be available for us to use - EVERYTHING was provided for our use and enjoyment. MANY THANKS!!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Steve's condo. It was very comfortable and it had a great view of the lake and the golf course. The condo was very well furnished, including all the kitchen provisions that you would want. We enjoyed the golf course and the pool / Tiki bar. I want to start off by saying, Steve was an amazing host. He answered all my questions and was very prompt! Steve, your condo is very beautiful, clean and modern. Outstanding Condo Best Place Ever
Our stay at Lakewood National was above and beyond our expectations. We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the last 15 years and we both agreed this was absolutely the best. The condo was immaculate. It was very nicely decorated. We found the pictures in each room very cosmopolitan. The furniture, beds, pillows and linens were top of the line. Very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with Kate Spade dishes, utensils, glasses, cups and pots and pans. We did cook at the condo and the quality of the pans and oven was outstanding. The owner Steve supplied us with paper products, cleaning supplies, toiletries, a well stocked refrigerator with water, soda and beer and a well stocked bar cart with top shelf liquor. He had a desk with a printer and Chrome Book. The printer was very useful during our stay. Steve also left us very nice gifts with a welcome note. We’ve never had any owner do this for us. Thank you Steve for being so kind. We loved being on the first floor. We really enjoyed the lanai. The furniture was very comfortable and the view was unbelievable. The 12th hole and the lake. So relaxing. My husband is a golfer and he really enjoyed both Arnold Palmer courses. We enjoyed both pools. The local pool was only a 3 minute walk and the main pool was unbelievable with the waterfalls and the tiki bar close by. We used the fitness center. All state of the art equipment. The owner Steve was great to work with and answered any questions we had. We did have an issue with the TV’s and he immediately called the cable company to resolve our issue. Thank you. We did have to cut our stay short by 9 days because of the Corona Virus. Very scary. The owner Steve is working with VRBO in regards to this issue. We will definitely book Steve’s condo again and we thank Steve for all he did to make our stay enjoyable. Ralph & Janine Cooper

This was the best condo, the best communication with the owner, the best golf courses, and the best staff. I have to say we stayed in a lot of condos over the years and this is by far the best. Our stay at Lakewood National was beyond our expectations. We have stayed in many Airbnb and VRBO properties, but this one has been absolutely the BEST! From the minute we stepped foot in the condo; we knew we had found a great home for the next month. The condo was immaculate, the furnishing were well thought out and not to mention; don't worry if you forget anything; they have it and it's ready for you. We absolutely love the resort, so quiet, this is exactly what we were looking for. If this is the kind of vacation you want, this is the place. There are local pools every 5 minutes away (walking distance); then there is the club house where you can spend the whole day. The resort pool is stunning with a lot of chairs. Even during the Christmas holidays, we were able to find a spot no problem. We don't play golf, but there was still so much more too do and so more to come. We went to the gym, did yoga class and spoiled ourselves at the spa. Lunch and dinners were pretty good to at the Tiki bar. I can see why this place is a golfer's dream. We definitely recommend this place to all; families, couples and friends. Thank you to our host for sharing his beautiful home to us, we had a very relaxing holiday. We will definitely return. Paradise at its finest! The best vacation we had in years!
Steve went above and beyond and made sure our stay was extra special! He went out of his way to provide us a fully stocked bar with high end liquor, he also stocked the fridge with water, Soda and red bull!! Steve very much appreciated!! Also he surprised my husband and I with luxury gifts!!! We were spoiled!! The condo was super clean! Everything was so organized! The bed was so comfortable, the sheets and pillows were perfect! I love to cook and I was shocked to see high end cookware in a rental condo! The plates were also high end Kate spade!! Our beach towels were even Kate spade lol! FYI the beach was only 20 minutes away and it was so beautiful! We found a special private spot were it was not busy at all! We visit Florida once a year and never have we ever stayed at a condo as beautiful as this! It is beautifully decorated! The lanai was even beautifully decorated with modern furniture! It was so picturesque! We had a view of the water and golf! It was so quiet and peaceful! Steve my husband and I are truly so grateful and so very happy with the condo and your hospitality we will be renting from you for years to come! We loved loved loved the golf course! It was well kept! The staff is excellent and the food at the clubhouse was so delicious! Very reasonable prices! The pool at the club house was magnificent! It literally had a beautiful falls and the water was perfect temperature! We met a lot of new friends here! Everyone was so kind! The grounds are well equipped:) the golf course itself is fantastic, it includes uniquely designed holes that challenge your golf game. The scenery is magnificent! My husband and I stayed at Lakewood national from May 1 until the 30th. Everything was perfect from the moment we walked into the condo. The condo was very clean, all of our toiletries were provided for us plus we were surprised by two wonderful gifts!! Steve you are truly amazing, you have made our stay in your condo so comfortable:) we really appreciate it. This has exceeded our expectations! Everything matched the pictures online! The condo is in pristine shape, I loved the high end cookware! Steve your condo is beautiful!!! The condo had a beautiful view of the lake and the golf course. It was perfect! My husband and I are avid golfers, we found this golf course to be the best one we have ever played in! The tiki bar had amazing drinks and food;) everyone here was so friendly!!! We had a very enjoyable 3 week stay at this amazing property. Steve could have not been more helpful during our stay dealing with any queries or requests promptly. The condo was very well equipped and there was so many extras like drink, toiletries sun cream etc. The golf course was in superb condition with very tricky greens and everyone at the course was very helpful. Great shopping and beaches within a relatively short drive.Hope we get the chance to go back again.

Best stay EVER
Lakewood National is an “in process” Developement but what has been completed is terrific!! That said, the condo we stayed was THE BEST!! Everything in the condo was PERFECT and was of the highest quality. The owner thought of everything to make our stay a pleasure and we look forward to a return trip. AND this condo had the latest in home entertainment available. Both bedrooms and living room had access to entertainment systems. But beyond that, the owner left a printer and tablet available!!! The local area and surrounding town of Lakewood Ranch is less than 30 years old. Everything is NEW!! Good restaurants, shopping and within an hours drive to the best beaches in the US. This was truly our best stay ever.
