After Hurricanes Helene and Milton, the condo is unaffected. Ground level amenities did suffer. During February there is no access to the pool. Fencing and pool deck work are planned. No use of the elevator. Enjoy spectacular sunsets, with views of the pool,(heated in the winter) beach and ocean from this top floor deluxe beachfront condominium. The floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors run right across the whole front of the condominium. Fabulous views and access to the balcony from the lounge/dining area and master bedroom.

The south-facing balcony overlooks the pool and beach. There is a large heated pool and hot tub. The property has secured access via an elevator. The condo has a full kitchen with granite worktops, office space with internet access, breakfast bar, dining area with open plan lounge, a utility area with washer and dryer.

The master suite has a king bed, large walk-in closet, private bathroom with his & her vanities, toilet and tub with shower. Access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds and shares the hall bathroom.
Both bedrooms have TVs.

This is a self catering property. Housekeeping only leaves an initial supply of kitchen and paper products for guests' arrival. No food items/condiments are left in the condo. There is a Publix supermarket close by on the island for all grocery needs.

Don't forget the Island Shuttle Bus stops by the property for easy and free access to all the main attractions on the Island from your doorstep.
All watersports are easily arranged and there are over 20 golf courses within 25 mins drive of the island.

Anna Maria offers a unique flavor of the real old Florida and yet, is close to all the style and attractions of Sarasota and St Armands Circle. The white sandy beaches run for over 7 miles and feature some great beach front dining opportunities, ranging from family style restaurants to the more elegant, with their own specialist a la carte menus.

Anna Maria has two main strip malls with Publix and other stores providing all vacation needs.There are over 20 golf courses within 25 minutes, driving. For the family there is a Cinema, Bowling Alley and a wider choice of supermarkets in Bradenton which is just 8 miles away. There is huge choice of water sports available both on and just off the island.
Check out the island ferry service to Riverwalk in downtown Bradenton and from the north to the south of the island.

When renting LEVs, please note there are no charging points on the property for electric vehicles. Hire gas vehicles.

Great Location
This condo offers stunning views of the ocean and easy beach access. The pool was very enjoyable. We saw dolphins and pelicans and many other birds. I appreciated the easy access to the grocery store. It was very comfortable and felt safe.

SO close to ocean!
Best part of this place is: Location location location! We had a stunning view of beach/ocean from the balcony where we sat most days. Easy access to beach. Publix within a few minutes' drive and many good restaurants close by, too. Would def recommend!

This condo was perfect for four of us on a girls trip.The location to the beach and pool couldn't be better!! The large deck had plenty of room and great views.Secure building - felt safe at all times.Comunucation with Anne from beginning to end was great! Wonderful Stay on Anna Maria Island
We couldn't have been happier that we chose to rent this condo for our week on the island! Everything was absolutely lovely. The owner and Linda were so very responsive to the one issue that we had. That is so refreshing as that is not always the case! You can tell that they take a lot of pride in the upkeep of the condo and making their guests feel welcome and appreciated! Also refreshing! We loved the location, as it was in the middle of the island, which made it close to everything in either direction. We would not hesitate to come back and stay here!! We absolutely loved it!

This condo was lovely; everything we could have wanted was there. The location was perfect, directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced; the frame is bent and sinking.

What more could you ask for?
This stunning property has everything you might need for a long stay. Parking was easy, the grounds especially the large pool was lovely. A large deck with comfy furniture look out to the sand and beautiful surf of the Gulf of Mexico. And the manager, Linda, was easy to contact with a couple questions.

Great property for a relaxing beach vacation
This is a fantastic condo with very easy access to the beach - just steps away and no road to cross. Very nice pool and hot tub at the property. Everything we needed provided for the beach - chairs, umbrella, and beach chairs. Free trolley pick up right in front of the condo that you can take to restaurants and bars. Great experience, we will definitely be back!

Sugar Sand Paradise
My husband and I just took our first trip to Anna Maria Island. I selected this particular condominium, after much searching, based on the location and especially comments from previous visitors. It is extremely clean and offers everything a visitor could want, from kitchen utensils, beach items to a marvelous view. It is in the middle of the island so it isn't a long distance to either end of the island whether it be looking for a new restaurant or a shopping spree. Thoroughly enjoyed!

Great Stay!
The condo is lovely, in a great location on the beach for walking to waterfront restaurants. Perfect place for four people to enjoy the beach, or relaxing by the pool, and watching sunset from the balcony. Ann (the owner) and her property manager were both very helpful. The condo is well equipped with almost everything you would need. If you want to watch Netflix, Apple TV or Amazon rime, bring your rook or fire sick with you. Thank you, and hope to see you again!

As always. we love this condo. This was our 3rd time renting here. Ann is very helpful and responsive. We were happy to see the new beach chairs! Unfortunately. we were evacuated after 3 nights due to hurricane Ian, but we hope to come back next year!

Beautiful Condo in Excellent Location
This is a beautiful condo perfectly situated directly on the beach. We loved stepping from the pool deck into the sand. The condo is comfortably furnished with excellent beds, living room furniture, and tasteful decor. The kitchen is supplied with utensils/pans and dishes needed for preparing meals. Pool towels were also provided. Communication with the owner was helpful and entry easy. There is a restaurant across the street as well as a town trolly stop so that you can easily take it to others on the island. We appreciated the heated pool and hot tub as we visited during a cold week in January. The island is beautiful with many places to eat and shop; along with white sandy beaches to enjoy. We can highly recommend this condo for your visit there.

Awesome Location
Communication with both Ann the owner and Suzie the on site person for our visit was great. Both very responsive Location of this condo can't be beat. You have the best view from the balcony of the gulf and sunsets every night. Very comfortable furniture on the balcony. Pool is a nice size and while it does get a lot of use was never overcrowded when we used it. The trolley stop is right outside the property and would suggest using either that or the Monkey Bus to get around as parking is very limited on Island. We would rent this property again.

Heavenly Stay
I've been coming to AMI for 12 years, probably 25-30 visits, and this unit makes it to the top of the list! It's very well equipped, including beach items and a well-equipped kitchen The view from the balcony is fabulous. The entire front of the unit is sliding glass doors, so even indoors you enjoy a breathtaking view. We walked to the shopping center a few times during our stay. The property manager is wonderful to deal with. I worked a little during our stay and there's an area adjacent to the kitchen that was a perfect spot for me to set up my "satellite" office. The pool was beautiful and plenty of tables with umbrellas and lounges are there. Our stay was heavenly.
