BED AND BATH DETAILS

There are 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, 1 is an upstairs master suite with a private bathroom with separate tub and shower. French doors lead to a private balcony, the perfect spot for morning coffee or a quiet place to retreat with a good book after a day at the beach. The other bedrooms have queen beds and are tastefully decorated using Florida-inspired artists and modern prints.

EXTERIOR

This gorgeous Island home offers a private heated pool, a partially covered lanai and a gas grill. Multiple balconies offer a great place to rest and relax. Just a brief stroll to the Gulf beaches and a short distance to Bridge street where you will find many shops and restaurants - you simply wont' be able to decide what to do with your days. You are also located close to two gulf front restaurants.

** Please note all of our pools and pool and pool equipment are closely monitored by the pool company for your safety, we kindly ask that the controls not be tampered with. Due to the island's strict 10pm noise ordinance, the pool heaters will not run overnight. We do our best to ensure that the pools are heated to a temperature of 82 degrees however, please be aware that even in Central Florida we do occasionally get cold spells for a few nights in a row. This will cause the pool water temperature to draw down to in the 70's. The pump will kick on each morning and begin re-heating of the pool back to 82, which may take several days depending on the severity of the cold spell.

PERFECT location - 1 minute walk to beach entrance We thought it was even better than being on the main road (Gulf Drive) directly across from the beach because we didn’t have the traffic going by directly in front of the house. House had a well equipped kitchen, beach towels, beach things - canopy, wagon, rafts and toys. We would stay here again!

We had a great week there at Starfish West. Everything was as said and we loved how the place was stocked with everything you could think of that you may need. A great home away from home!!! Very nice property with lots of space. Update amenities to include baby items (pack & play, etc.) so that tenants don’t have to rent. Good experience despite red tide and mosquitos.

Bradenton Beach fall break
This property exceeded our expectations! From the second we walked in the front door, we were blown away. This property housed 4 couples with plenty of room, we never felt cramped. The driveway held 3 full size trucks & 1 8 passenger golf cart while still having room to move around the vehicles. The property had beach chairs, wagon, beach towels etc… for us to use & they were all in great shape! I HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time in lovely Bradenton Beach area!

Anna Maria Winter Vacation
The house was great! It is decorated very nicely and came with all the accessories you need for the beach! You can see the ocean from the outside deck off the master bedroom and the pool area was very nice (although we did not use it). Each room has a smart TV and plenty of blankets and beach towels! The weather was very chilly and rainy the week we were there, so having the blankets to use while sitting on the beach was very nice!

Starfish Villa
We recently stayed at Starfish Villa with our group of six. We had plenty of room, and everything we needed. The Villa was stocked with plenty of beach towels, chairs, etc. The beach was just steps away! We would definetely stay here again. I have been to Anna Maria twice and this was my favorite place to stay! Thanks so much to Debbie Goodwin for all the information before our stay! Love Anna Maria and Starfish Villa❤️

Great Location
The location is great! You can walk to restaurants and shopping. The beach is right across the street. There is a wagon and plenty of beach chairs etc. The house was clean and well maintained. My only complaint is there were no replacement trash bags or toilet paper, which is typically included in all other houses I have rented.

Best vacation ever
The property was even more beautiful than the photos! For big bedrooms, three beautiful bathrooms, and a lovely kitchen with all of the necessities. You could see the ocean from the front porch where we had our meals. Literally right across the street from the beach! This property had everything you could think of for your stay. Beach towels, everything for the beach and the pool, pots, pans, everything to cook with. We loved our stay here and Wood book this property again in a heartbeat!

Excellent beach house on Anna Maria
We had a great week in this lovely home. The house has everything you need and then some. Just bring clothes and personal items, everything else was there for our comfort. Beautiful beach across the street, bay on the other side of a quiet street. Walking distance to bridge street with restaurants, shops, and other restaurants nearby. We also went on a very nice bike ride at a park with lots of shade, right across the street. House itself is clean, looks newly built, modern, with elevator and private pool. Loved our stay!

Perfect home away from home...
You can tell that this owner takes pride in ensuring everyone enjoys their visit in this home. She was in constant contact and quickly responded any time that was necessary. The personal touches are what makes this place so wonderful. Everything is well maintained and it's a very beautiful home. The beach access was conveniently located right down the street with a minute walk to get there. Our children had a great time as well in the pool and the ocean. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxing time away with family.

Anna Marie Island vacation
The condo was beautiful. Debbie thought of everything. She has the condo stocked with everything we could possibly want or need. The time was very enjoyable. Thanks Debbie. Would highly recommend the condo and a stay on Anna Marie Island. The beach and water are beautiful. And, many restaurants to enjoy. We rented an eight passenger golf cart and the girls thought that was a lot of fun. Our granddaughter thought a great summer job would be to drive people around the island on a golf cart. The girls also loved the sunset cruise to see the dolphins.

Great House with Everything You Need!
The House was great for our family of 8. It is stocked with plenty of towels, pool towels and beach towels so no need to bring any of that. There was a beach cart, wagon and chairs in the garage so it was wonderful to not have to pack any of those items either. It is super close to the beach and we were able to have gulf views as we sat on the porch. Since it is across from a public area be prepared for larger crowds on weekends. Wasn’t bad at all during the week though. Definitely recommended this house to anyone looking for a clean well stocked house with great communication from the owner!

Very nice!
We had a great stay! One issue was the stairs are very steep and long and the stair treads were quite narrow. We have a two year old so we found this very dangerous. The pool area was quite dirty as well. I did have to clean it myself upon arrival. There was a lot of construction going on across the street. We know this is not in anyone's control, but it was disappointing.

We book all of our accommodations with homeaway, and every place is beautiful, clean and modern. This house was beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfortable, everything looked brand new and the location was excellent! Right across the street from the beach which could be viewed from the outdoor patio on the third floor and walking distance from the Main Street for dining and shopping. The house was completely furnished with everything you needed for your stay, televisions in every room, games, books, puzzles, including beach chairs, floaties, beach toys, umbrellas, coolers and even a cart to tote your items to the beach! They absolutely thought of everything! Each room had its own outdoor patio and bathroom. It even had a elevator! My entire family enjoyed the house, weather, beach and the backyard pool! The owner was extremely nice and very helpful meeting our needs!

House was nice but beach access is limited
We were just there and loved the house. The house is very nice and well thought out. The beds were very comfortable! The owner had everything you could think of to do. We were a little disappointed in the beach access though. We like the beach. We like to hang out there everyday. We thought we were going down and would be able to walk right across the street to the beach but we couldn't because of year long construction going on. There was a huge crane, fence, and large do not enter signs. We had to walk a good ways each direction in 100 degree heat to just lay out with a nice view. I am aware the owners couldn't control that but it would have been nice to know about the construction ahead of time.

Amazing vacation and accommodations!
We had a wonderful Vacation! I don’t even know where to begin... the house was gorgeous, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Debbie and Donnie have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. Also, the house was well stocked with all the special and little things you wouldn’t even think of! There was sunscreen, aloe in the fridge, a box of medications if needed, etc. there were games, puzzles, cards, coloring books... I could go on and on! The views from the master bedroom and the front balcony were amazing, we sat out there every day and enjoyed our coffee while watching the waves. This vacation was amazing and extremely relaxing and most of that was due to the fact that Debbie and Donnie went above and beyond to make sure they thought of every little detail. The pool was nice and toasty, too! We will be visiting again, for sure! Thank you to The Goodwin’s for opening and sharing your beautiful home!
