**NON-SMOKING PROPERTY**
The Haven at Bay Watch is newly renovated … everything from the walls in is brand new. The Haven is hidden away and quiet so if you’re looking for tranquility, with a contemporary flare, just minutes from all the fun – this one is for you!

You will be a one block walk from the white sandy beaches and just steps away from the bay. You’ll also be walking distance to Anna Maria Island's best waterfront restaurants and the quaint shopping village on historic Bridge Street. Some of our nearby favorites include the Wicked Cantina, The Blue Marlin and The Beach House restaurants. It’s perfect for a romantic getaway, a fun family vacation or a relaxing winter in the sun.

Leave your car in one of the two covered parking spaces and walk or take the free trolley up and down the Island. There is a large pool (with outdoor shower and restrooms) for your use when you prefer that to the beach, and a new dock for fishing or relaxing within steps of your unit. Inside you will find a brand new modern kitchen with all the things you will need to prepare your own meals when you prefer to stay in.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath (1100 sf), 2nd floor unit will sleep four with a king size bed in the main bedroom and a queen bed in the guest bedroom. There is a new 55” television in the living room, a new 48" television in each of the master bedroom and the guest bedroom.

Amenities include, new full-size washer/dryer, wireless high-speed internet, beach chairs and umbrellas, and a furnished patio.

Enjoy the best of both worlds while vacationing at The Haven with Florida’s Intra-Coastal Waterway on the east side of the condo and the Gulf of Mexico one block west of the condo!

The Haven at Bay Watch is a one week minimum rental.

Our stay at Diane’s was perfect from the lovely message we received upon booking to the helpful checkout reminders when leaving. The location was perfect, quiet neighborhood but easily walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. The condo was stocked with everything we needed so we cooked quite a few meals there. Also the beds were super cozy. It truly is a haven.

Another Great stay
This is our second time staying at this property, our fifth time to AMI. This is hands down our favorite place! The location is fabulous and Diane is an awesome host. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting. The beds are more comfortable than at home and all the amnenities including beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc. are available for you. I wouldn't change anything!

This property is incredible! Everything is beautifully decorated and it has everything you need. All you have to do is bring yourself. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and there are a handful of good restaurants nearby! We will be back to stay at this property!

A beautiful Stay!
The condo was warm, inviting and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we were in Anna Maria Island heaven. The condo even included beach towels, chairs and an umbrella! It was spacious, and beautifully decorated. A quick walk to the white sand and turquoise water beach, shops and restaurants. It was the perfect location! We would definitely come back and rent from Diane in the near future!

Our rental was true to the photographs. Updated with a fully loaded kitchen. Location was great! Great pool on the property, very short walk to the beautiful beach and short walk to several restaurants, shops, and close walk to Bridge Street. The bench on the dock overlooking the bay was also nice. Trolley stop was right out front. Overall great place to vacation! Diane was a great host!

This property was everything it said it was and more! Beautiful modern new unit with just a quick walk to the ocean! Diane was a wonderful hostess from the small details through out the place to all her suggestions on things to do and places to eat. The food did not disappoint. Great balcony overlooking the pool. The condo is absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. Diane has so many little touches that make you feel right at home. Wonderful Condo on AMI
Condo was very, very nicely renovated. One of the nicest I have stayed. Newly designed kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Overlooks pool - partial bay/ water views from side bedroom windows. Pool was heated and perfectly warm, despite cool weather. Everyone at complex was friendly. 7-10 restaurants within walking distance. Every place we ate at was very good (Beach House, Sandbar, Anna Maria Oyster Bar, Wicked Cantina, ice cream shops). Make sure you visit Anna Maria Pier and beach on north end of island as well as Bridge Street (1/4 mi south of condo).

We stayed here as family up the road on the beach and it worked perfectly. Within walking distance to restaurants. FYI it is on 3rd level and like most of Anna Maria no elevator. Normally not an issue but had just had hip replacement. Inside awesome and pool good if kids. We did not use beach access as had via family up the road. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.
