Beautifully updated, this unit is light and bright! Gorgeous sunset views from your balcony. Features a king bed in the master bedroom and two doubles in the guest bedroom. A large two bedroom unit located on the first floor with a Florida Gulfside view, large windows and a lot of space inside the rooms. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with a washer and dryer. All linens and towels supplied.

La Costa is in walking distance from the Historic Bridge Street, the Hub of entertainment in this wonderful beach community, a street where you can shop, dine, and play from beach to bay. The free trolley also makes a stop on Gulf Drive, very close to La Costa. Take the trolley to the beach or anywhere else you want to visit on the island without worrying about getting sand in your car. Visit downtown Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, or any of the local restaurants or establishments. You can even jump on the trolley for just a scenic ride around the island! In addition to the free trolleys, locals and visitors alike can travel up and down the island for exceptional quality seafood restaurants and coastal living shops via bike, golf cart, kayak, or boat. This area also offers a great variety of boat tours, fishing charters, parasailing, scuba diving, and Golf among many other exciting activities. Beautiful condo, but with problems
The condo was beautiful!! Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Lots of kitchen equipment, everything for the beach; chairs, coolers, umbrella, kids toys! Beach was beautiful. Saw dophins everyday from the wonderful patio. Furniture and bed were very comfortable. Condo was very clean! Where the problems came was with the check-in and accuracy of listing. The listing states the address is 1900 Gulf Way, when it is actually 1800 Gulf Way. No office in the complex, so had a terrible time locating the unit. The listing says it is on the first floor, but actually the parking garage is on the 1st floor. My husband is handicapped and the elevator is not working. If not for the help of some wonderful strangers, I would have had a terrible time lugging suitcases and groceries up the stairs. This was a big problem!! Also the pool is not open because of the hurricane and nowhere on the listing does it say that. We loved the unit but probably would have booked somewhere else had we known about the elevator and the pool. Very deceptive.

Great Stay!
This property was just as advertised. Property management was very responsive and helpful! Very clean (spotless), specious, bright condo! Balcony overlooking the pool and the beautiful SW Florida sunset! Steps to beach and the pool. While it is on the 2nd floor, there is an elevator which was a pleasant surprise as we had a decent amount of luggage with us. They also had carts for luggage! Kitchen is stacked with everything you need if you wanted to make meals at home and for the grill outside. Speaking of the food, the property is conveniently located to all local restaurants. Great stay, this is our first visit to Bradenton Beach on Ana Maria Island and we would definitely come back! Thank you!
