Comfy, CLEAN, light and airy 2nd floor condo is the ideal location with unobstructed gulf views, steps to sugary beach, fully equipped with all amenities, WIFI, Cable TV, outside shower, owner on premises, fully equipped kitchen, all linens and bath towels provided. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella all included. Living room has a comfy wrap around sectional overlooking the beach. Small balcony area to relax with a beverage and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets we are famous for. I am either on the premise or a phone call / text away if anything is requested. A short walk to the free Trolley takes you up and down entire Anna Maria Island. We are a few minutes walk to town and Bridge Street, where there are numerous restaurants, shops, and sports activities.

Absolutely Amazing!
It was hard to come back home after staying here for a few days. We did a Monday - Friday stay and the location was perfect. Literally walk across the street to the beach, shops right up the road and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was a little hard to cool down the condo, but well worth the stay anyway. Will definitely be back!

Walk to the beach!
A short walk across the street and you can relax to the sun and surf with chairs and umbrellas supplied. A remodled kitchen with all the supplies you might need! Very clean! One thing you might miss is more electrical outlets for charging items, given that the building is older. Otherwise, perfect getaway.

Bradenton Beach Home Review
The home that we rented in Bradenton was delightful. The view from the front balcony was spectacular and the entire residence was comfortable and homely. It was perfect for my family and I, and the beach was very close by. The place was immensely tidy when we arrived. The sound is also accessible from the beachouse, which makes it awfully convenient. Along with this, the owner was kind. As for the actual rooms, ours was accompanied with a full bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, and kitchen/dining room. One bedroom was a nice master bedroom, and the other one had 2 twin beds that would be suited for children. The kitchen was accommodating and we were able to cook full meals in it. All in all, it was an amazing experience.

A Slice of Paradise
Traveling with three teen/young adults, they were thoroughly impressed with the location of the condo. Just steps away from the beach, we took every advantage of the convenience. The condo itself, while modest, is well appointed and offers the comforts of home. We were able to utilize the full kitchen to cut some costs on dining. The wifi was beneficial for the teens to keep up with school work. We felt very comfortable in the space. The location is amazing. Steps away from the beach, about 3/4 mile from Leffis Key Preserve for lovely trail walks, countless opportunities to rent boats and kayaks for aquatic adventures, and top notch local restaurants for exceptional dining. Sophie was a pleasure to work with in regard to our reservation. She was very responsive and helpful. This was my second visit to her property and I look forward to my next visit.

We had a wonderful time staying at this VRBO.
We really enjoyed staying at this VRBO. The sunsets viewed from the doorway and the short walk across the road to the beach made it a perfect spot. The condo suited our needs well. Sophia is incredibly helpful with questions. The kitchen had lots of pans and dishes, etc. for our needs. My tall family struggled with the short shower head but hey it was a nice bathroom. Thanks Sophia for letting us come!!!!

Loved our stay at AMI! Everything was perfect - accommodations, location, beach, weather. My niece and I had a wonderful time. Had reservations for April; then Covid hit. Sophia graciously changed our reservations to another date. She was excellent to work with! Will definitely go again.

Looks can be deceiving! And a refund for the last day stay and some to boot.... HAVE YET TO BE SEEN!
The condo is outdated and poorly equipped with needs for the stay. Outdated isn’t a major issue to me. As well as the owner isn’t on or near the property, nor is the maintenance , if you have needs addressed. The view is good and crossing the road isn’t any worse than walking from beach front to the beach. Due to a personal emergency, I did not get to the condo until Monday(My checkin was Sunday). At that point had received a message about the washer not working but would be working by Monday, if not could go down to her own personal condo and use her washer, Key was not where she stated. When inquired about it, maintenance had the key. No washer, til Tues, and that was due to according to the owner... “I complained 12 hrs into checkin time." Upon arrival, the condo was hot, the unit was running but it took turning on the 2 window units to cool down the condo. I cleaned due to crumbs on the floor around the couch, to find a cookie in between the couch cushions. Condo had an old musty smell, and was far from minimum standards. Mold on the back of the bath mat hanging in the shower. Glasses in the kitchen cabinet were far from clean, greasy with finger prints on them. The ultimate for me was Thursday night,(checkout was Friday)Power went out, contacted the owner she did answer, response was she would look into it. Next call was from her spouse. To which I wasn’t happy in the least bit. Everything that was instructed to do,had been done. No power. Long story short .... no power from Thursday 9:53PM to after 9:00 AM Friday. Power was restored when maintenance finally showed up, to flip the breaker, to which was labeled with the wrong Condo #. Never thought to look further than what was labeled my condo #. Maintenance commented that the breaker box needed updating due to the salt water erosion and obviously the wrong labeling. Honestly wasn’t going to complain until Thurs night when I was without power and beyond upset. Planned to pack and clean so we could enjoy Friday morning relaxing and taking in the beach before we pulled out for a 14 to 16 hr drive home. But spent the morning packing and getting our laundry done. I have never left a place like I left this condo. I did not bother with dishes from super the night before, nor did I do all the laundry that we had used. When I told the owner that the hours I was without power I would add to the next day to get competed with packing. I was told I’d be out by 11 or the cops would be called.

The property had the BEST location just steps from the beach and beautiful sunsets. Needs a little TLC in fresh paint, livingroom sofa, bathroom vanity, and new beach chairs. The owner was absolutely super, very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed ourselves and would love to go back.

Perfect for what we needed
Property was down the street from some friends we were celebrating with, which was an ideal location. Sophie was very responsive to any questions we had. The property isn't fancy but we were looking for convenience and cleanliness which is was. I also didn't see any bugs at all, not even an ant. Note: the AC is a bit tricky but once we figured it out is was fine. There are extra towels and sheets in the master closet. Though we didn't use it, there is a washer and dryer which I thought was nice. Also, this was a little different for me, if you are planning on going with someone else, note that the Master and the 2nd room are separated by a pocket door but have there own main normal doors. Overall it's an older nice basic place to stay next to the beach, expect typical wear for a location next to the beach, storms, salt etc. take there toll, even newer more expensive locations will have some wear.

Great location! Short walk to the beautiful beach across the street. Within walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. Not luxurious by any means, but we weren’t charged a luxury price either. Minor flaws, like no washcloths and loose shower door. However, for the price it was more than adequate. Overall we were very pleased and would return! Also, Sophie was very responsive and helpful!
