This ground floor unit comfortably sleeps six, with a king size bed in the main bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Summer Winds has an updated kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances, and both a Keurig and auto drip coffee maker. The living room has an open, coastal feel with a large TV for those cozy evenings in. A full size washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. There is a nice supply of items for the beach or pool such as beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. Also provided are 2 bicycles, fishing poles and tennis racquets. Please note if you use the bicycles, you are responsible for their maintenance.

* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
