Located in the Bermuda Bay Club, this Key West Style town home sits between the Gulf of Mexico beaches and the Bay.

The master suite includes a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and private balcony to enjoy the gorgeous gulf breezes. The guest room has a queen sized bed and the other guest room has two sets of twin bunk beds. A full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway between the guest rooms. Each of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and are located on the third floor. You will love the crisp sheets and fluffy towels provided by our professional linen service.

The main living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with counter top bar seating, a dining room with seating for six and comfortable living room furniture. You will also enjoy the balcony off of the living room complete with patio dining furniture.

All of the comforts of home are yours to experience at our townhome including a washer and dryer, complimentary WIFI and garage parking for two cars.

Bermuda Bay is a beautiful Gulf-to-Bay property that is located directly across the street from the beach, and has a large heated pool and spa and a gas BBQ grill for our guests to share. It's a quick walk across the street to enjoy the beautiful gulf beach or you can stroll down the boardwalk to the bay to try your luck at fishing, take in the scenery and wildlife or just sit and relax to enjoy the inter-coastal waterway views.

The free AMI Trolley stop out front and will take you the length of the island and back. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore the different areas of Anna Maria with shopping and dining all along the route.

Please note that pets are not allowed in this home.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. The townhome sleeps eight people. Maximum adult occupancy is six.

Me and my family really enjoyed the stay at this house. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The condo was clean and furnished with towels and beach towels, extra blankets, everything you need in the kitchen, beach toys, cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas. It is just cross the street from the beach and the most beautiful sunset we ever saw with the best water temperature in the world.

Was a very pleasant stay, first time on Anna Maria Island. The proximity to beach access was great. Was very clean and matched listing description. My only pet peeve was that the house sleeps 8 but only had 3 beach chairs so renting was necessary as well as a beach umbrella.

We had a very pleasant stay. We reported an issue with trash that was left from previous tenants that got very smelly in the hot garage. The rental company took care of it right away. We loved the beach access and the free Trolly! The rental is lightly stocked which kitchen supplies but we had what we needed. Would rent again.

A perfect week.
This townhouse was perfect for 4 adults. It was well stocked with linens, towels, and beach towels. It was spotless upon arrival. It was a one minute walk to a beautiful stretch of beach. We could watch the sunset from our balcony. Te property is well maintained and was very quiet throughout or stay.

Bermuda Bay is quiet. Even with the window crew in town the week of your stay! In all seriousness, we found this place to be everything we needed - and it was peaceful. These condos are 200 steps from the beach - gotta catch the sunsets and even fewer to the bayside dock to catch the beautiful sunrise. We found our condo very clean and well stocked with towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and basic kitchen essentials which allowed our adult kids to fix dinner while we went out for date night. Many close by dinner options. Bridge Street Bistro is our fave; Check out the AMI moose lodge at sunset - we have a membership! Definitely encourage a walk up to the Kokonut hut for an adult beverage - and get the jet skis for added fun. But not at the same time. LOL Checkin/checkout was seamless. Our host was very friendly and quickly responded to our email questions. .

Bermuda Bay Condo
My girlfriend and out five children had an excellent time staying at this condo. It was conveniently located to shopping, beaches, and the bridge to the mainland. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Beautiful condo near the beach
The home was absolutely beautiful and was a short walk to the beach. It is approximately one mile from Bridge Street as well. We loved that we could walk over to the community’s pier by the bay to watch the sunrise. We also took advantage of the community’s heated pool and hot tub. We would definitely recommend this home.

Best Vacation Ever
We had the best family vacation in AMI. The rental property was in a great location- beach across the road, walking distance to restaurants, directly in front of a Trolly stop, and a lovely boardwalk leading to the bay. The rental was clean, and we really enjoyed having a garage to load and unload stuff. We will definitely be back next year.

Great Family Get away
Due to Southwest Airlines flight cancellation, we were in need of a new destination for our family vacation. We found the perfect place at AMI and an amazing place to stay thanks to Greg! The townhouse has everything you need and the location directly across from the beach makes for a relaxing time. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

The location was great. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for children. Because we were there for 2 weeks, the lack of a skillet was noticed. A call to Anna Maria Life, the management company, saw a nice one, new, dropped off the same day.

Had a great stay and would stay again. The townhouse was very clean, and everything was in good shape. The linens were very clean, and the air quality was very good too. Some reviews say the kitchen isn’t well equipped. I didn’t find that to be the case. All appliances seemed very new, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked a good amount during our stay. We will definitely check the availability of this place for our next trip back.

Our vacation at the 1429 Bermuda Bay Resort was absolutely wonderful! The unit was clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, etc. and plenty of room to accommodate eight of us. The view of the bay and ocean from the front deck was just beautiful. The location is great with the pool, bay and beach only a few steps away. Instructions were clear and given in plenty of time. The canopy and wagon were a bonus that we used every day at the beach. A shower caddy in the master bath, a few hooks in the sink area and a TV in the third bedroom would have been nice. We all had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here for vacation.
