We booked the hotel on Expedia around 10pm by 11:30pm we were at the hotel. We were not able to check in since there was nobody at the reception. We called the number provided, only to see the phone ringing at the reception but nobody to answer it. So we were left without hotel and 3 small children in the car. Obviously money was deducted from our account and now we have to chase the refund. I would be careful booking this hotel!!!

Photo de l'hôtel sur le site non conforme à la réalité. Chambre au dessus de la réception dans un bâtiment annexe. Accueil moyen. Aucune lumière au niveau de l'escalier derrière le bâtiment, dangereux. Petit déjeuner peu qualitatif pour le prix. En revanche, chambre spacieuse, confortable et calme. Le point très positif, bonne situation géographique (à moins de 10mn du château de Chambord)

Un bel hôtel en campagne, un service à améliorer.
Les modalités d'accueil sont à revoir pour améliorer la communication avec le client. Plus personne n'était présent à 19h05 alors que l'accueil est ouvert jusqu'à 20h00 selon les textes. Les chasses d'eau des toilettes sont de très basse intensité, cela ne nettoie pas la cuvette. Laisser ouvert à tous les passants les couloirs de l'hôtel sans code est-ce une bonne idée ? Le petit déjeuner coûte 10 Euros par personne et pas 8,50€ comme mentionné sur le site de réservation.

Très déçue ! Allez ailleurs si vous pouvez !!
Très déçue par cet hotel 2 etoiles ! Excepté la grandeur de la chambre qui est très bien il faut revoir les équipements et vite !!! La chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait plus (plus d'eau), la porte de la douche ne fermait pas et le flexible de douche était percé ! Pas de grande serviette pour les 4 personnes de la chambre.. juste 3 et deux petites serviettes ( sale ) .. et le gel douche etait vide ! Malgré que nous avons alerté la réception aucun geste commercial sur le prix de la chambre qui etait déjà doublé suite au concert... Bref je ne vous conseille pas du tout cet hotel. C'est très dommage car il est bien situé près de chambord !! Je suis habituée à faire des hotels et c'est très rare voir jamais que je met des mauvaises notes.. mais là.. c'est abusé de ne pas avoir le minimum qui fonctionne pour les 200 euros la nuit payée !
