"We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel. The hotel is located in a pedestrian area close to great shopping, dining, public transportation options are within a short walk. Staff was friendly, caring and helpful. Special thanks to Malika, who was very caring and helpful. Parking is available close by although it is a tight one. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend highly. "

"Ideal location if arriving from the airport. Under 100m to walk from the tram stop which costs under €2. Easy walking distance from the centre. Plenty of grocery stores nearby too. The staff are very friendly."

"We stayed 4 days in this beautiful hotel, and it was amazing, since you enter through the door the staff is extremely kind. The facilities are modern, clean and beautiful, the rooms are elegant and very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent. It’s close of the main attractions but at the same time far from the noise. I highly recommend this Hotel."

"Our room was on the bottom floor so a little chilly , but the most comfortable bed ever. A coffee machine would have been nice but there was a breakfast buffet available and coffee available for a cost. Very friendly helpful staff. "

"What a wonderful hotel! This property lived up to all the reviews I had read about it. We opted for the breakfast option with the room rate and was amazed at the quality of the breakfast that was available. The breakfast bar had everything that we would want for breakfast plus additional things. We stayed in room 120 which is a strong recommendation for anyone visiting the hotel in the future. "Property is in an excellent location amidst the Chartrons district and has a really nice rooftop bar/restaurant area. The rooms are good in size but don't have great ventilation and you can't open the windows, making it a bit stuffy. "

"Modern, clean hotel, spacious room, parking adjacent. Staff was very nice and helpful. Good Italian restaurant in the hotel and great food hall with many choices next door. Across the street from the Cite du Vin which is an excellent wine museum. There are a few restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. It is a short tram ride (10 minutes) to central Bordeaux, and only a 22 minute drive to the airport. "

"The hotel is super cute, the front desk people were kind and welcoming. I think it’s a little weird that for a hotel so close to the airport the desk is not open 24/7. We were at dinner in town and had to rush back to check in by 9:30. I wouldn’t say that is a negative just something weird to me. I would definitely stay there again but just plan differently. We had an early flight so becoming close was great in the AM. "
