The Cerasa Country House Il Lago Fuori is an 85m2 apartment located on the first floor of a beautiful two-storey villa surrounded by nature among centuries-old olive trees, holm oaks and oaks overlooking the lake and the Bracciano Castle.
Access to the structure is via a small road that starts from the Via Settevene Palo I trunk (also called Strada Provinciale 4/a) and goes up for about 70 m to the gate of the Villa. Once inside you cross the first terraced garden (of belonging to the Host) and via a pleasant driveway you reach the second garden terrace from which you access the apartment which has a completely independent entrance.
The second garden of approx. 200 is for the exclusive use of guests and the apartment dedicated to them, furthermore it is equipped with a small barbecue and furnished with a large umbrella with table and chairs for four people, as well as deckchairs and resin armchairs for resting and taking the sun.
The garden is part of the park that surrounds the Villa, the park is made up of six terraces of a total of approx. 1600, starting from the second terrace - garden the park can also be used entirely by guests, who can walk and stop at their leisure to rest and enjoy the splendid panorama.
On the fourth terrace there is a small "Organic" vegetable garden cultivated by the Host, Guests will be able to enjoy the fruits by agreeing with the Host on the collection methods.
The Villa is immersed in the forest of Mount Perpignano and the Ground Floor is inhabited by the Host.
The rented apartment, which is accessed by a staircase overlooking the lake, is composed of a double room with a skylight overlooking the sky, a large open space of approximately 50 m2 divided into two areas: an entrance area with two foldaway beds and a window overlooking the garden and a living-dining area with adjoining kitchenette with dishwasher, in this area there is a large window with a magnificent view of the Lake and the Castle, the apartment is also equipped a large bathroom with shower and a pantry and luggage area where the washing machine and a large fridge are located.
The furnishings of the apartment are made up of a mixture of modern furnishings and some original antique pieces of various styles, the parquet floor is completed with original oriental carpets, the house is adorned with various ceramic objects and on the walls there are various tasteful prints.

The house (energy class A3) is equipped with a radiator heating system with thermostat controlled via WI-FI from the central system, it also has a SPLIT heat pump heating and cooling system that can be managed via remote controls.
The house is equipped with hot water produced via solar panels and electricity produced via a photovoltaic system connected to the ENEL electricity grid.
The water in the apartment is supplied by a 45 meter deep well, which is treated via a chlorination system and UV lamp for personal cleaning and by a Reverse Osmosis system for purification.
From every corner of the park and the Villa, you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of both the Lake and the Bracciano Castle and the villages that overlook it.
The property is surrounded by the forest of Monte Perpignano and centuries-old olive groves, the silence is interrupted by the language of birds and cicadas which cheer up the hot summer days in summer.
The entire Villa is thermally and acoustically insulated.
La Cerasa is the ideal place to spend happy holidays, relax, sleep surrounded by silence and the language of nature or see the stars on bright nights in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature.
Bracciano is only 1.2 km away and the banks of the Lake only 0.800 km.
A few meters away is the old Via della Cisterna which climbs up Mount Perpignano and is ideal for taking beautiful walks and arriving at the small village of Pisciarelli which overlooks the lake or entering the Bosco del Monte to discover nature.
The surroundings of Bracciano are beautiful, the closest villages are Manziana, Quadroni, Oriolo, Canale Monterano, Anguillara, Trevignano in every village there is something to see and discover, nature and history follow one another in a wonderful way.
The coast with the seaside villages of Ladispoli (Flavia tower) Cerveteri with , Santa Marinella, Santa Severa with the splendid Castello sul Mare.
Bracciano is on the border with Tuscia (Upper Lazio) where every village is beautiful and rich in history to discover which spans the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, with many Etruscan and Roman archaeological finds.
Finally, Rome is very close and connected with a train that takes you to San Pietro in an hour.
