"Beware of this listing! When we booked no where did it say that you must bring your own bedding and towels. We were supposedly informed if this in a message hidden in the VRBO app 5 days before our check in and long after we had flown half way around the world. When we arrived we were told we would have to send the property manager 100 Euros via PayPal and they would bring us bedding and towels but not until the next day leaving us to sleep on nothing the first night. "Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!"
