Perfection!!!
This was an absolutely fantastic spot and we’re so happy to have stayed there. We were in Bozeman over a weekend for a wedding and many that stayed at hotels complained about all the noise, while we slept perfectly soundly. The central location between Bozeman and Belgrade is ideal, and the privacy is so peaceful. The house was so cute and had so many thoughtful additions.

adorable guest house in quiet neighborhood
This guest house was perfect for my short stay while visiting family in Bozeman. The house was well stocked with all the essentials. Bed was super comfy. Appreciated the little details like blackout shades for those sunny mornings! Close to the airport and a quick trip to town. The house was immaculate. I would definitely say again!

Sunny Acres getaway
This guest house is cozy and comfortable. Easy to get to from town as well. We loved the country feel and the views of the surrounding mountains. The amenities were sufficient to cook meals and do laundry -we did both;) Thanks Lynn and family!!

Lovely little home in Bozeman
The house is adorable, our hostess was lovely, she welcomed us with home baked cookies and organic sugar scrub. The beds were quite comfortable. Everything was easy breezy and adorable

Wonderful
While staying on the property, my family was able to enjoy Yellowstone and the Museum of the Rockies. The place was perfect for the 5 of us. Lynn adds small touches that are unique and memorable. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the Bozeman area.

Cozy cottage
We stayed at this guest house for 5 nights and it served as our home base for our ski trip. We enjoyed being just out of town for the peace and quiet but yet still convenient to everything in Bozeman. Our kids enjoyed visiting the goats daily! Their place is clean and nicely decorated. The homeowners were extremely responsive to any questions we had.

So Fun!
We loved our stay! From the moment we walked in and found homemade snickerdoodles, to the other amenities- Freshly ground coffee, king size bed, comfortably outfitted for 3 teens and mom, and the unexpected bonus, a lovely family whom we enjoyed meeting along with the goats and chickens! We returned after hiking to a quiet escape with wonderful hosts. Thank you!

Wonderul, easy place to stay when visiting Bozeman
We stayed here for two weeks for a combined work-vacation trip to see family in Bozeman. The house was just perfect for my husband, toddler, and I. My husband and I were able to easily work remotely with the wi-fi and the privacy offered by the situation of the house on the grounds is perfect for feeling like you're on your own. The house is clean, well stocked, and everything worked well. We appreciated the cookies on arrival too! Lynn is a very responsive host, and we are definitely planning to stay again on our next trip to Bozeman! (if she has availability!)

Perfect Bozeman Cottage
What a great find in Bozeman! We were visiting our son and daughter-in-law over Christmas, and this two bedroom rental exceeded our expectations! From booking this property to checking out, everything was seamless and easy. The owner, Lynn, was in good communication with us and responded to inquiries immediately. The unit is spotless, well-equipped, and cozy. The beds are very comfortable, and the deep bathtub is wonderful after a long day outdoors. Lynn has an eye for modern, stylish decor that is also homey and inviting. The location is close to town yet peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended - we will be back!

Lovely stay in Bozeman
It is a private guest house on a rural family property very close to Bozeman. The road into the property has a beautiful Montana countryside feel. The inside of the house is all new and decorated beautifully as shown in the photos. Two comfortable bedrooms and a full shared bath, plus washer and dryer, nice kitchen and plenty of decorative and thoughtful touches. Everything, including the cable, works well. Lynn left us coffee, cupcakes , and sugar scrub. We really felt at home and enjoyed meeting the family and their goats! Comfortable location - easy to explore Bozeman and Bridger Bowl. We will be back!!

Quiet Neighborhood - Close Proximity
This cottage is delightful. Located just a few miles northeast of Bozeman, the country setting with pastures, goats and mountain views is peaceful and private. The drive to Main Street Bozeman is but a few minutes. Closer is access to I-90 for those heading to ski hills or surrounding outdoor activities. The cottage is clean, comfortable and private, with excellent kitchen and bathroom amenities. Fresh cut flowers and cupcakes greeted my arrival. Radiant floor heating is a bonus for comfort on a cold day. The entrance to the cottage is gated with a delightful front porch and benches. My visit combined work and pleasure. I spent an entire day indoors working and found the quiet perfect for those needs. Lynn is terrific and responsive. I will definitely stay here again.

New, clean and worth the stay!
We stayed in the cottage for 2 nights this fall and felt truly pampered! The host was super nice, quick to respond to communication and she even left us a nice note upon check in! The location is great! Close to the airport, rural but only a few minutes to town. It was soooo quiet; no traffic noise due to the location. We did hear their goats once but didn’t see them. The cottage is very tastefully decorated with mostly new furniture. The beds are awesome. The new king bed is firm, which I loved. My son said the queen bed is super comfy and soft; so there is a bed type for everyone! Kitchen was well stocked and everything was super clean. My favorite part was the south facing porch that was so warm in the sun for a wintery day! The owners are making construction improvements to other parts of their property but it didn’t affect my stay in any way. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay in Bozeman!
Our family stayed 2 nights in the Sunny Acres Guest House on the front end of our family vacation in the Bozeman, Yellowstone, Jackson Hole area. We found the unit to be perfect for our family of 5! It was spacious, clean, well appointed, nicely furnished / decorated and conveniently located near everything we wanted to do in the Bozeman area. We loved our stay and would go back again in a heartbeat!

Cozy stay in Bozeman
This was the perfect stay for us! The location is great, not too far and not too close to Bozeman. Close to the wedding we were in Bozeman for too. Lynn thought if everything! There were cookies when we arrived and I took a soak in the soaking tub and there was even Epsom salt to add to the bath! The beds are comfy, there is tea and coffee, very comfortable for 3 people! Thank you!

Peaceful stay on outskirts of town
We LOVED our stay. The guesthouse was beautiful and equipped with everything a small group would need for a quiet stay on the outskirts of Bozeman. Nestled next to beautiful views of the Bridger mountain range with a front patio that was perfect for sipping coffee while watching morning hot air balloon rides float over the gallatin valley fields. We especially loved the welcome cookies and greeting the goats and chickens on the property each morning, and we were also just a 15 minute drive from downtown restaurants. The Grays were very gracious hosts we LOVED it.

Great, well-stocked apartment.
We stayed here while supporting our son's recovery from Surgery. Not only was it a great lay out. He had his own room and it was all on one floor. It was also well stocked with essentials like TP and soaps, but it Adlai featured fresh cookies and a homemade sugar scrub! Lynn made everything so easy and pleasant.

Hidden Gem
This is our second stay at Sunny Acres! Once again we were not disappointed. It’s cozy and comfortable. Definitely a great place to hang your hat, quiet, comfortable beds, Mountain View’s, ample parking, wifi etc. Location to Main Street (downtown Bozeman) was maybe 4 miles. Our host has ‘little’ extras like local coffee, fresh baked cookies and sea salt scrub. Would stay here again!

Lynn’s place is a wonderful spot, close to town but not IN town - so quiet and with beautiful views. Kitchen has everything we needed for fixing food at home (we just did breakfast because Bozeman has so many amazing restaurants!) Perfect Spring Break
We loved our stay so much!! Lynn was so great communicating with us and giving perfect directions to the house. Accommodations were so cute and the beds are so comfortable!! We loved the cookies that were left for us!! Our boys loved getting to feed and pet the goats!! We will for sure stay here again the next time we are in Bozeman!! I would recommend this house to anyone!
