Charming Boho Casita - Downtown Bozeman

This downtown 3-Bedroom charming casita has a unique Boho western-vintage style and is conveniently located in the historic Cooper Park neighborhood in the heart of Bozeman. Take in the surrounding nature and parks within a 5-minute walk to downtown and a short drive to Bridger Bowl, Hyalite Canyon, the Madison River and many other outdoor recreation destinations. Cared for by 2 Super Hosts, you are sure to have the best stay possible!

While you will have the entire downstairs unit of the house to yourself, we have other VRBO guests who rent a separate upstairs unit. The upstairs and downstairs units are separated by a soundproof, dead-bolted door, and each unit has its own private entrance. Our yard space is shared by both the renters of the upstairs and downstairs units - it's a great way to get to know your fellow travelers!

For full transparency: You might hear your upstairs neighbors walking around on the floor above you. It's an old house, and the walls and floors are not soundproof. We provide sleep sound machines in each bedroom so that you can get a good night's rest.

Dogs are welcome. We require a $150 nonrefundable pet fee, per pet.

The house is professionally cleaned before and after each stay by staff who have been vaccinated for COVID-19.

Our home is an older home with stairs. It is unfortunately not equipped to facilitate those with special needs in wheelchairs.

Nice for a short stay
The home was very clean and comfortable. Being a downstairs unit though with kids staying above us, it got very noisy. Worked well for just the one night.

Cute little place
There is NOT a hot tub although the listing said it did. Nice fire pit, though. Had upstairs people that got up early. Noisy when they were walking around upstairs. They were nice people so it wasn't totally awkward but could see where it would be best to have them combined. The outside was very neglected as far as appearance from the street, making us skeptical but inside it's adorable.

Authentic Bozeman Experience!
My friends and I were on a girls trip and are so grateful we found Erin's spot. It was in such a good location, stayed very cool even in 90+ degree heat, and had all the amenities we needed! Erin was so friendly and chatted with us providing fabulous local recs and tips. The co-op is just down the street with some really fun dive bars a short block away. We were all working from the house one day and the wifi was excellent. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for this trip - thank you again!!

Holiday Visit to Bozeman
The little casita is a great little house. The description was spot on in the listing. It is in a great location - easy walk to both MSU and Main Street. As the description states it is a lower level 3 bed accommodation. It is still very light and roomy even though it’s in the lower level. The property managers are excellent to work with and will provide you with fun things to while staying in Bozeman. We did bring our dog - there is a small fenced yard and they were very prompt in returning my security deposit. Would recommend and I will be staying here in the future since my kid goes to MSU!!

Fabulous Home and Hosts!!!
We loved our stay with Jaime and Erin!! Attentive hosts and they were always available to help and answer any questions!! The apartment was in the lower unit of the house, but had many windows and nice and bright! The beds were very comfy, home was extremely clean, hot shower and a well stocked kitchen. They supplied us with all the basic needs (ie. shampoo, bathroom essentials, spices, coffee, dish soap, etc.) PLUS provided us with a welcome tray of snacks and drinks. Perfect location to walk to all of the local restaurants, bars and shops as we did not rent a car and took UBER when needed. Our fav spots were Bacchus pub, Urban Kitchen for dinner, the bagel spot around the corner and the Co-Op grocery store was only a couple blocks away. We also were able to walk to MSU to enjoy Shakespeare in the Parks for a couple shows and loved being in a quaint neighborhood! Bozeman is awesome and our stay in Jaime and Erin's Yellow House (lower unit) was the best and highly recommended!!
