"I can't comment because we didn't stay there. Expedia was supposed to book us at a hotel in Emporia, KANSAS, NOT the Knight's Inn in Emporia, VIRGINIA. The hotel in Kansas that Expedia booked us at (and sent us a confirmation for at the Kansas location) had gone out of business, thereby necessitating us to book a hotel on our own in Emporia, Kansas. "The property was well kept and in a quiet area. Our hosts communicated thoroughly and responded quickly to questions. Love the recliners! (If you visit downtown Franklin before checking in, don't fret about the paper mill. Smells awful downtown, but we could not smell it at all as this property was several miles out of town.)"
