"Lil’ Kickback is such a sweet cozy place to stay. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The view, wood burning stove plus the fireplace made our stay in the middle of January such a warm inviting stay. Jolene was a great host! Always responding quickly and willing to be accommodating. Plus the little “hunting” game made it fun too. Highly recommend a stay here! Hopefully we will be coming back for another stay"

"We were looking for a quiet place to spend Christmas and this was just the place. It was clean, well stocked, and in a lovely location. The hosts were excellent in communicating in a timely manner. We had an unfortunate situation arise with the people who were staying in the other unit. We contacted the host and she immediately took care of the situation. Thanks for a lovely stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay. Dan and Norah were easy and timely to communicate with. All questions answered quickly and they were very willing to make sure the stay was everything we hoped it would be. The views and privacy are very nice. The home is comfortable - both fireplaces inside work nicely, and furniture is very comfortable. Location is nice - quiet, yet only 15 minutes from multiple towns for food, drinks, activities. We'd definitely go back in the future!"

"This place was so cute. We rented the Madison and Emery and there was enough room for 8 adults and some dogs. We loved exploring Amery, WI - hiking, getting ice cream in town, and home decor shopping. They have plenty of firewood which was nice to make a campfire with a few times. Very quiet area & owners were accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!! We had a blast. Thanks again! "

"Clean and cute lake property! Kitchen fully stocked and lake area and side patio were a hit. Although it was cold out our children enjoyed fishing off the docks and kayaking! Owner very quick to respond . Would stay again if in the area! "
