"As soon as you walk in the door you get the wow factor right away then you look out the walls of windows to the beach right there and you get it again. 3rd time for us and we will be back many more times. "Spacious, clean, comfortable house. Every amenity in the house, kitchen was fully equipped. Only downside was the traffic noise from the road behind the house but that generally settled down by 11 pm, but started up again by 6 am. Just fine probably if you are not a light sleeper. Never needed the air conditioning as the breeze off the water kept the house cool even on the warmest days. The beach has some small rocks at the high tide line but alter that it is all sand, truly amazing."

"We had an amazing getaway at this beach home. We enjoyed walks on the beach, and watching seals and birds. The home was comfortable, and had all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. Rich walked us through the home, and was very welcoming, and gave us great recommendations for dinner. The home is also very close to Comox and Courtenay for a quick grocery/coffee run. We hope to return soon! "
