We stayed for 2 nights, and other than hearing a few cars on the gravel in carpark, no other noise, very quiet considering on the main road into Bowen. My 12 yr old absolutely loved the moat out the front of the property "

"Classic 1960's motel with views! An original gem, very well kept. I hope they never change it. It's a North Queensland icon. It's out of town but very handy if you're staying enroute to somewhere else."
