In 2015, the restoration of the national monument "Markermeerlogies am See" is completed.
Now it's a luxury holiday home with a lot of privacy.
The cozy and at the same time exclusive home decoration allows a relaxing holiday for up to 4 people. The ground floor is spacious (130m2), comfortable, modern with underfloor heating. Suitable for a nice holiday in all seasons. Internet is available. The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare their own meals. The house is detached. You rent the lower floor (130m2) The upper floor (120m2) inhabits none
In the garden is a cozy sitting area where you can relax, read a book or sunbathe with a cooling drink. So you reach the own property (200m2) directly the water where you can fish or just relax. In the garden is a historic water cellar (1750).
A car park for 2 cars is located next to the non-smoking house.
The direct area is ideal for cycling, hiking and water sports.
Just a few steps away is the Markermeer. Everywhere the beach is only flat in the water and therefore suitable for smaller children. There are several smaller beaches nearby for bathing.
In a holiday park next door you can make fun, for everyone for free: the small childrens pool and play garden, the larger one in the outdoor pool in the lake and the waterfront.
The picturesque towns of Enkhuizen, Hoorn (15km) and Alkmaar are reachable within a short time by train (railway station 1km away from your home). Even Amsterdam is only 55 km away.
