Le Gîte des 5 étangs

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Bouvaincourt-sur-Bresle, this charming house of a surface of 120 m ² and being able to accommodate until 11 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 43 m², equipped kitchen, four nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 146 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the first floor :
- A living room of 43 m² with a sofa bed and TV
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Room 1 : a double bed (140×190)
- A separate toilet
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (double bed below, single bed above) and a BZ bench seat
- Room 3: a double bed (140×190) with a workspace
- Room 4: a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and bath and WC

For even greater comfort: barbecue, fondue and raclette machine, cookeo, fan, highchair, washing machine, cot, two cots, plancha, iron and ironing board.

Exterior :
- A beautiful garden of 146 m².
- A terrace of 5m² and a second one of 33m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

The house is ideally located in Bouvaincourt-sur-Bresle, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, florist, bakery pharmacy, bar/tobacco shop...

Activities :
- Want to explore our beautiful region? The mystery walks will seduce you. Between the search for the capsules and the resolution of the enigmas, you will discover our natural and historical heritage while having fun.
- With its ponds and the Bresle river which crosses the town, Bouvaincourt-sur-Bresle, in the Somme, attracts many fishermen.
- 5 ponds with a fitness trail.
- Cinema, Casino...
- Pond fishing authorized with a name card (to be obtained from the local partner).

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house (place for 2 cars).

- Nearest airport: Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport at 164 km (about 2h10 by car)

Les hôtes étaient présentes 5 minutes après mon appel pour nous remettre les clés et nous montrer le fonctionnement de la maison. Laurence et Emmanuel sont d'une extrême gentillesse et à l'écoute. La Maison est très lumineuse, propre, cuisine super bien équipée rien ne manque, grande table de salle à manger, chauffage poêle à pellet extra, la literie est très confortable, terrasse en bois parfaite. 🙁 Le temps parfois maussade mais Laurence et Emmanuel n'y sont pour rien 😉"

Il ne manquait de rien : vaisselle importante, appareils électriques.... tout y était et également à l'extérieur (terrasse barbecue...) Un panier bien garni de produits locaux a été apprécié!! Bon point de chute qui permet de nombreuses randonnées autour des étangs, mais aussi de rayonner rapidement vers la côte avec Le Tréport, Mers les Bains .......
