The pool is a real bonus and Emma is a fantastic host always on hand if we needed anything but never intrusive. "Check in was simple via a key press. The owner spoke a little English which helped. Had to purchase magic sponges to clean the pool to prevent yellow line build up! Local shop within walking distance had everyday things handy. Bit too far to walk to the beach through the woods which meant cycling or the car. Overall very nice place."

"Fantastic property. Well equipped with beautiful pool and spotlessly clean. Host superb in communication. One if the best properties we have stayed in. A little off the beaten track for amenities but no problem as supermarket about 10 mins away. However if you want a relaxing, calm holiday this is definitely the place to go."

"Very nice stay. Neighbours were fab. V helpful but stayed put of the way for privacy too. Was a bit disappointed with bar b q. All decking so probably dangerous to have a proper one. What was there was a small chiminee plus a small electric one, neither great . Otherwise house was very good. V well organised and kitted out. Thank you !!"

"We weren’t disappointed by this property at all. We stayed for 3 nights while attending a wedding . I will say that this place while soundproofed, is not quiet, you can hear people in other rooms. The beds could be a bit more comfortable too. Other than that, our room was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English. The location is beautiful, we loved Jonzac and would return. "
