"A wonderful stay, great breakfasts prepared for you at a time of your choosing, we ate there one night and Natasha is an extraordinary chef the Coq au Vin was superb. James gave us lots of ideas for things we could do on my short stay with my 2 boys and we couldn't fit it all in, so much to see and do in the area. "What an amazing stay. Christope and Patrick were so warm and kind. Hugo the dog is absolutely beautiful and also a wonderful host - The best boi ever. They have renovated the château beautifully. Everything is perfection - they have wonderful taste. They have thought of so many little touches to make your stay absolutely wonderful. "We stayed here for four nights to explore Carcassonne and environment. Montolieu is a charming artsy village with lovely bookshops and little streets. The place we rented was the first floor of the house with the owners living downstairs. They were extremely friendly people and really going the extra mile to make your stay most comfortable. The amenities in and outside of the house are plentiful: bowling alley, pool ( not heated though), outside kitchen .... certainly recommend this place to...
