Located in the heart of Lot-et-Garonne, this countryside house will charm you. It is simple, with a living room and one bedroom that can accommodate up to 2 people. A beautiful covered terrace, well-oriented with a barbecue and furniture for enjoyable moments. The land is completely enclosed. The pool, located a few meters away in the large garden, is accessible from June to October and is shared with two other cottages. The swim spa is in an annex building and is open year-round, available for reservation in 30-minute slots.
