The space
With an open plan living area the property further offers 2 double bedrooms with the master bedroom and bathroom being on the ground floor. A further double bedroom is found on the first floor along with a second toilet. The upstairs bedroom offers scope to be set up as a kingsize bed or twin beds, with a sofa bed option also being available for upstairs providing option of 3 single beds in this room). A travel cot is available to be set up in either bedroom.
The property sleeps up to 4 comfortably, 5 if child on sofa bed or in travel cot.
A large two tier decked terrace area is accessible through patio doors directly from the main living area and provides outside seating area, sun loungers, gas barbecue and a Jacuzzi hot tub under a feature lit canopy ensuring it’s a perfect place to relax all year round. Beyond this is a good sized fully secure north facing garden, laid mainly to to grass and ideal for children and dogs to be able to run around safely.
A luxury welcome hamper of local produce is provided
Bedding and towels provided as well as use of branded waffle dressing gowns (adults only) for use around the hot tub.
The front of the property provides off street parking for 2 cars.
A short walk from Hengistbury Head and the river Stour with its direct access to the water (by all means bring your paddle board or kayak (or you can hire locally) , the property sits in a quiet residential location just a short walk from local beaches, wide open spaces and walks through areas of outstanding natural beauty. Perfect for independent adults, families and dog walkers (well behaved dogs welcomed).
The property sits in a fantastic location for exploring both on foot and further afield with 7+ miles of promenade extending from Hengistbury Head to Sandbanks to the west with views of Isle of Wight, Purbecks, Mudeford and Christchurch harbour to name but a few.
Added to this you are just a short distance way from both Christchurch, Mudeford and Southbourne high street - the latter being very popular with foodies given the number of quality independent cafes, pubs/micro breweries and restaurants available.
A short drive and you can be in the New Forest, Bournemouth or Poole with everything that they have to offer.
