You can take full advantage of the free parking with the allocated parking bay 5 at the front of the property. There is space for one car and you must ensure you use the parking permit provided for the duration of your stay should you be travelling by car. The great central location of this property offers you a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars to choose from right outside your door.
The bedrooms
The bedrooms both offer a comfortable and cosy space where you can retreat to every night for a relaxed and restful sleep. Both rooms benefit from luxuriously soft beds that have been neatly made with premium bed linen to ensure you have the best night's sleep throughout your stay. The main bedroom is home to a king size bed that has a zip and link feature. This ingenious feature allows the bed to be converted into twin beds should you require. The other bedroom has a small double bed that sits against a stunning feature wall.
The kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the things you need to lovingly prepare homemade meals from this seaside town's quality local produce. The kitchen appliances include a washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and induction hob. We also provide dinnerware, cutlery, and glassware.

We would like to inform you that should you require linens for the sofa bed, there will be a nominal fee of £20. This charge is implemented to ensure your utmost comfort and satisfaction. However, if you do not need the sofa bed linens, rest assured that this charge will not be applicable, allowing you to enjoy your stay without any additional costs.
As per our damage policy, all upcoming guests have the option to choose either a one-time refundable damage deposit of £400 or a one-time non-refundable damage waiver of £95. Further details will be provided after your booking is confirmed.
