"A lovely holiday cottage in a great location. Couldn’t fault it - very clean, tastefully decorated, comfy bed, everything you could possibly need was included. The garden was ideal for the dog and, with the beach literally across the road and wonderful Hengistbury Head a 10 minute walk away, it was a Godsend. Damian was very quick to respond to any questions prior to our arrival - check in was simple and wine and delicious local biscuits in the kitchen as a welcome gift. We didn’t want to leave!"

"It is 5 mins walk away from ferry to Shell Bay and Studland and Swanage. It is 5 mins walk away from the lovely beach of Sandbanks and further beaches and Chines. For us without a car, it is great to be a few yards away from buses to Poole and Bournemouth and stops on the way. Just amazing. The flat is lovely and well kept. Linen and fluffy towels provided. Clean, and well stocked for kitchen essentials. Coffee and tea etc provided on arrival. It may be helpful to have the bathroom...

"The property was in a quiet residential area but well placed for accessing all of the beautiful surrounding areas. Able to walk to the beach and do lots of sightseeing. Lots of great places to eat. The cottage itself was immaculate and very modern and comfortable with a lovely private outside space in good weather. Would definitely recommend."

"On arrival I expected the key safe to be by the front door, instead, it was round the other side of the building. Beds were comfortable but I would suggest bringing your own pillows as the ones supplied were like sleeping on rocks. The kitchen looked as though it could do with updating, particularly the cupboard doors as none had soft closers. Equipment was well appointed and everything was there that you could need. "The property was as advertised, smooth arrival process and perfect for our group. Kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable, rooms and linens clean. The week we visited was very hot and the house did heat up due to all the windows. We loved hearing the seagulls and being so close to the beach, and the house was perfect for our needs. A barbecue and wall mounted air conditioning unit on the master level would make this truly 5* for a summer stay. Would stay here again."

"We loved our stay at Victoria Cottage. The house was a great size for the 8 of us and had all the necessary items you’d need for a stay away from home. Garden was huge with a lovely patio area and plenty of seating. Only comment for awareness for others with younger children/people who may not be quite so steady on their feet…stairs are a little narrow/steep and split in two directions at top so just need to take care. But we loved our stay and would highly recommend!"

"Really enjoyed our stay here. It was delightful to be back in Mudeford where I have many happy childhood memories of summer holidays. The property is in a great location for getting around, with both the beach and Mudeford Quay within a few minutes walk. Very peaceful here too. Would recommend the New Forest for walking, as well as Christchurch and Winchester for shopping. We loved the vinyls and record player in the living room which we thought was a delightful touch. Plenty of lovely pubs...
