"We had a wonderful and lovely week in Bernieres sur mer. Isabelle and Guillaume were perfect hosts and their chalet was beautiful and very comfortable. Also, it had all the facilities we required. The use of bikes was an added bonus👌 Thank you. The location was very quiet and near to the beach where we enjoyed many strolls and bike rides along the promenade stopping for lunch/dinner/coffee/icecream etc - superb. It was a great central location to explore all the Normandy towns and WWII sites....

"We adored this property! It was so beautiful and tranquil. It was so easy to travel to the D-sites and very close to Bayeux, our nearest gorgeous town. It was also very easy to get taxis. Even the drivers are really friendly. It was a very relaxing house. Fully recommend it!!"

"The house is well built and has excellent windows and electronic shutters. In the heatwave we managed to keep cool enough by arranging air to come in through open windows, but keeping shutters almost closed. There is no air con and there are no electric fans.The bedrooms are big enough and the beds comfortable. There is plenty of space to park. There is plenty of dining space inside and out. "Just returned from a wonderful weeks stay at La P'tite Maison. Catherine and Didier were fabulous hosts, very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had the surprise of a bottle of cider, 4 home made macaroons and a jar of homemade jam to greet us, all very yummy. The accommodation was spotless and everything was provided to make our stay enjoyable. Parking was easy behind a locked gate and there was a garden with outside furniture and swing. "We stayed at this property for 2 nights in October and literally my ONLY regret was why the heck I didn’t book for a longer stay! It was absolute perfection! Property manager was excellent with communication and he and his spouse met us at check in and gave us a tour of their GORGEOUS property! They live onsite, so there are private areas with no access to guests (3 units on site, all with their own private outdoor spaces), however we found it perfectly comfortable, private and peaceful.
