Nette kleine Ferienwohnung in grosser Gebäudekomplex
Die Ferienwohnung war ordentlich und sehr funktional eingerichtet. Trotz der Grösse war alles Nötige vorhanden was man braucht.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Mit einem kleinen Schlepper konnte man vom Haus zur Piste kommen. Aufgrund der Grösse des Gebäudes war es nachts auch mal lauter auf dem Flur. Alles in allem stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.!

The location was ideal for visiting our daughter working in the resort. Easy access to slopes for skiing. Rather noisy at times in evening from people walking up and down corridor and talking loudly. A bit of a misunderstanding re obtaining key to apartment thought it would be collected in resort not posted to home address. All in all good value for money.

L'appartement est idéal pour trois personnes. Il est situé au pied des pistes et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable. Les contacts avec le propriétaire sont bons. Il est plein de bons conseils pour profiter des environs. A recommander!

Très bon séjour
Appartement fonctionnel, moderne, propre, avec accès aux pistes via un téléski et retour ski aux pieds. Le reste des arcs 2000 est à 5minutes à pieds. Communication facile avec les propriétaires. Draps et serviettes non fournis mais loués dans la station sur les conseils du propriétaire. En résumé nous avons passé une agréable semaine au ski, nous retenons cette location pour un éventuel prochain séjour aux arcs!

Séjour très agréable
L'appartement est propre et bien équipé; exactement comme décrit dans l'annonce. L'immeuble est bien entretenu, et les ascenseurs sont nombreux et efficaces même à l’heure du départ pour l’école de ski! Nous sommes restés la semaine de la Saint Sylvestre, mais le bruit était raisonnable. Je le recommande.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement une semaine en mars hors vacances scolaires. Nous étions trois, deux adultes et un enfant (4ans). L'appartement est bien entretenu, bien meublé et bien équipé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le rangement pour le matériel de ski situé à l'entrée du logement est très pratique. La vue du balcon sur la station est superbe. L'immeuble est bien entretenu. Une sortie au 8ème étage permet d'accéder directement en ski à un tir fesse qui mène à la station ce qui est très appréciable. Avec notre fils de 4ans nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu l'emprunter car il n'avait pas l'âge requis. Du coup pour rejoindre le point de rendez vous de l'ESF nous y sommes allés à pied avec nos skis (grand max 10 min avec une petite pente a franchir). Dans l'ensemble que des points positifs pour cet appartement que nous recommandons fortement. Pour le seul point négatif : l'insonorisation, on entend facilement les voisins. En conclusion nous avons passé un bon séjour. Et encore un petit plus pour les échanges avec les propriétaires, l'envoi de documentations sur la station avant notre départ nous a bien aidé à préparer notre séjour, merci encore.

Je recommande très particulièrement ce logement : chaleureux, parfaitement entretenu, bien agencé et utilement équipé. Rien ne manque ! vue superbe et accès station et pistes très pratiques. A noter notre coup de coeur pour le restaurant "le Chalet de Luigi" à 1950

Sympa mais bruyant
Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement une semaine entre Noël et le jour de l'an à 4 personnes : 2 adultes et 2 enfants en bas age. Concernant l'appartement : Les plus : - Petit mais bien agencé et bien équipé - Propre - Déco sobre et agréable - Propriétaires sympa et bien organisés. Toutes les informations sont consignées dans un classeur. On y trouve également toutes les infos sur les activités de la station. - Proche des pistes Les moins : - Immeuble extrêmement mal insonorisé. Si vous tombez sur des voisins bruyants, les nuits seront courtes. - Le canapé du salon (2 couchages) est très inconfortable pour dormir. En conclusion, si vous cherchez un appartement pas trop cher dans une station possédant un excellent niveau d'enneigement et que vous n'êtes pas trop sensible au bruit, je vous le recommande vivement. Si vous avez le sommeil léger ou des enfants en bas age, c'est une autre histoire...
