Daycare, nursery, mini-club, ESF is nearby.Studio 27 m2 for 4 people, 2 bunk beds in the hall and 2 sofa beds in the living room (with a sliding door for privacy!). Kitchenette with dishwasher, sink, fridge, oven, microwave. Bathroom, shower, sink and toilet. Of comfort with all amenities (with a temperature always nice!) More heating. Ideal place to enjoy the many mountain activities and to meet almost all requirements, or interior parking fee in winter. Easily accessible by car or by TGV + bus + cable car.     Functional Studio
    An old studio which retains the original fittings and is ready for some refurbish. Broken lights and the original fridge ( free standing alternative ) , no kettle ( typically French) and blankets not douvets ….. needs a refit Overall good location for the slopes and village but looking tired

    Studio très bien situé mais logement sale à l arrivée
    Sur l annonce etait indiqué 2 salles de bain et du wifi. Il n y avait qu une sdb et pas de wifi ( j avais pris la précaution de vérifier à l avance). Quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons constaté que le logement était très sale, les toilettes non nettoyées vaisselle non faite, dessus de lits douteux. 2 lampes dans la salle principale brisées. J ai du acheter des profuits d entretien et faire le menage en arrivant. J ai fait une reclamation au propriétaire qui a été très réactif et m a contacté rapidement pour arranger les choses ce qu il a fait. Quelques petites réparations et de rénovation notamment de la salle de bain sont à envisager. Malgré ces déconvenues vite oubliées grâce à la réactivité des propriétaires, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce studio idéalement situé.

    The apartment is clean and comfortable. It's possible to ski in & out for quick access to the slopes. It's close to the village shops and the shuttle bus terminus / left luggage facility at Charvet which is convenient for transfer days.

    appartement calme bien situé avec toutes les commodités a proximité.
    Apres quelques désagréments rencontres a notre arrivée dus a un dysfonctionnement de l'ancien frigo et une télévision non fixée , la propriétaire très a l'écoute a pu faire en sorte que tout rentre dans l'ordre rapidement . petit bémol pour l'accueil chez alpissime qui ne semble pas totalement concerné par les les problèmes rencontrés par les locataires. de plus cette agence n'avait pas transféré mon mail de réservation de ski même si cela n'a pas eu d'impact pour avoir le matériel demandé. Ne pas hésitez a faire part a la propriétaire de toutes vos remarques. Pour l’accès au parking des lauziers en sortant de l'appartement prendre a gauche l’ascenseur et descendre au 8 étage ou se trouve la porte de sortie .

    le studio est idealement situé, au coeur des Arcs 1800, et en même temps, au pied des pistes. Très pratique lorsque l'on skie avec des enfants, pas besoin de porter les skis sur l'épaule jusqu'aux pistes! studio bien équipé et agréable! tout à fait recommendable pour qui veut passer un séjour agréable.

    "Nous avons eu la "bonne ...
    "Nous avons eu la "bonne surprise" alors que nous étions à 25 kms de l'arrivée d'apprendre, par un message téléphonique pas très clair de la propriétaire (que nous avons du rappeler en Belgique avec notre tél. mobile) que le studio avait été loué 2 fois. La propriétaire nous disait de s'arranger avec le service chargé de remettre les clés et se désengageait du problème. La personne chargée de remettre les clés a du rappeler la propriétaire en Belgique pour savoir à qui remettre les clés. Les autres locataires ont été relogés grâce à la responsable de remise des clés, la propriétaire ne leur ayant trouvé aucune solution. Elle avait sur-loué son studio à peine 6 jours après avoir reçu notre virement bancaire de la caution (elle exige des virements bancaires alors qu'habituellement une caution se règle par un chèque non encaissé) et alors que nous lui avions versé plus de 90% du montant total du loyer dès le 19 novembre 2010. L'état général du studio montre un manque flagrant d'entretien régulier. Nous avons signalé par SMS dès notre arrivée la défection d'un néon au niveau de la kitchenette et d'une lampe dans la salle de bain. A notre départ, (7 jours plus tard) l'organisme chargé de la maintenance n'avait toujours pas été contacté par la propriétaire afin de remplacer les ampoules défectueuses. Les prochains locataires risquent de se retrouver dans le noir dans la salle de bain, si la propriétaire ne fait rien! Des fils électriques sont pratiquement à nus juste au dessus de la table à manger (le dominos en tout cas), le réfrigérateur semble d'origine et présente une usure et des dégradations très anormales. Sinon, le studio est bien situé, ski aux pieds, pas très loin du centre commercial. Il n'y a rien à dire à ce niveau là. L'environnement était assez bruyant mais plutôt dû à des voisins un peu fêtards!! Je pense que cette propriétaire n'est pas fiable et ne devrait pas se trouver sur ce site auprès de qui nous avons loué plusieurs fois (à l'étranger notamment) et avec qui nous n'avons jamais eu aucun problème. "

    "The apartment provided easy and convenient access to all of the resort amenities. Getting to the slopes was easy, and the lobby space within the apartment provided the perfect space for storing boots and skis. The kitchen was compact, and well appointed. The bathroom contained a full length bath - providing the perfect place for a post-ski relaxing soak. There was easy access to the resort undergroung parking at Chantel, and the location of the key collection point was extremely convenient. A lovely apartment, that provided the perfect base for a family ski holiday."
