Good functional appartment, typical of Les Arc 1800 style. Good bathroom, with bath/shower, plus toilet & sink by front door, Kitchenette in lounge with everything required. Four single beds on mezzanine floor worked well, it can sleep one more on the sofa but would be a squeeze with more than 4 people. Pick up and drop off of the keys was easy via Agency in centre of Villards, and their communication was really accurate & responsive. Even though we were late arriving, they helped us. Location was good, short walk (3 minutes ) into Villards, and close to the bottom of Transarc escalators Communication with owner was also very good. Great views down the valley from the lounge and balcony, sunsets were spectacular. Good value for money, we would stay again, and recommend.
Dejlig lejlighed, der er ideel til 4 personer. Der er hems med 4 sengepladser. Lavt til loftet, men rigtig godt til børn.
Ejer var sød at kommunikere med, og han var dygtig til engelsk. Virkelig skønt :-)
Man kan med fordel medbringe et par skarpe knive, hvis man selv vil lave mad i lejligheden.
Vi var glade for, at rengøring var inkluderet i prisen.
Ejendommen er uden larm og beliggende ca. 150 meter fra liften. Utroligt nok kan man gå ned ad bakke både ud og hjem, idet der er en rulletrappe op til liften den ene vej.
Det er ikke muligt at parkere helt tæt på ejendommen (heller ikke kortvarigt), hvorfor det kan være lidt besværligt at tømme/pakke bilen.
Vi bookede indendørs parkering, som fungerede upåklageligt.
Ca. 1 uge før ankomst fik vi en mail fra bureauet, som skulle udlevere nøglerne. De medsendte brochure på forudbestilling af liftkort, skileje mv. med rabat, men de medsendte ikke kundenummer, og vi forstod ikke de nærmere omstændigheder omkring bestilling, hvorfor vi undlod at booke før ankomst. Det medførte desværre, at vi ikke kunne udnytte rabatten - så vær obs på det. Bureauet var dygtige til at kommunikere på engelsk.
Vi anbefaler udlejer og lejligheden og kommer gerne igen.
Logement très bien placé pas loin des pistes. Malgré sa petite taille, il paraît spacieu grâce à la mezzanine. La vue sur les montagnes environnantes est incroyable et vous assure les meilleurs couchers de soleil des arcs.
Vue très appréciable. Propriétaire très à l'écoute. Agréable séjour.

Het is een goede lokatie. Net appartement. Het inchecken zou wat eerder prettig zijn. Verder alles aanwezig. Wij hebben voor het schoonmaken betaald. Het lijkt erop dat er verder geen controle is wanneer men er voor kiest om het zelf te doen. Want was niet echt schoon. Dat zou beter kunnen.
The property was amazing with views to match. Perfect location for the TransArc and 1800 shops and bars. I look forward to visiting again!

Einfache - aber saubere, praktische Wohnung mit sehr aufmerksamen Vermieter !!!
Die Wohnung bietet alles für einen Ski-Urlaub. Nähe zu Liften und Einkaufsgeschäften, Restaurants, Liftpasskasse. Alles schnell und kurz zu erreichen. Küche gut und ausreichend eingerichtet. Betten ok. Bad auch ok. Balkon mit schöner Aussicht ins Tal und zum Montblanc.
Stellplatz für 1 Auto im nahen Parkhaus im Mietpreis incl.!! Endreinigung auch incl. !!
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden wieder mieten.

Super vacances de Noël, appt bien situé et impeccable
Très habitable pour 4 avec pas mal de rangements : 4 lits à l'étage supérieur, ce qui permet de bien profiter du séjour, et de la vue superbe sur la vallée.
Très propre, bien situé à 3' à pied du Transarc.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet
Die Wohnung war sauber und genügte den Bedürfnissen. Leider zu wenig Geschirr und Gläser vorhanden. 2 Kochplatten sind auch zum Kochen für 4-6 Personen nicht ausreichend. Ansonsten war alles ok. Der Blick vom Balkon sehr schön und der Weg zum Lift und zu den Geschäften kurz.

"L''appartement est fonct...
"L''appartement est fonctionnel et adapté au nombre de personnes. De nombreux placards et penderies permettent de ranger les affaires et de les faire sécher (ski). L''équipement est complet. Il existe un local à skis, ce qui n''est pas le cas pour tous les appartements de l''immeuble.
La proximité de la plus grande remontée "TransArc" et des commerces est très appréciable.
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à 6 personnes (4 jeunes adultes et 2 adultes "confirmés").
L''accueil que nous a réservé le propriétaire a été très chaleureux !!
Nous conseillons donc ce logement sans pb à ceux qui souhaiteraient le louer pour des vacances à la montagne en hiver.
