Charming Duplex of 40m² entirely renovated in 2015 for 6 people on the top floor with elevator of the residence "l'Alliet", in the calm and wooded district of Charmettoger.

At the foot of the slopes: ski lift less than 100 m from the building (Alpine Garden) downhill :-)
Located 3 minutes' walk from the center of the resort: 'Les Villards' shopping gallery
Ski rental, mini-market and bread depot in front of the building (100 m)

Paid covered parking at 50 m.
Parking possible at the foot of the residence for unloading and places available for outdoor parking on the side of the residence.

Opening since winter 2015 of a fun indoor Aqua center only 250 m from the apartment (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, fitness room ...).

A kitchen open to living room:

Bed linen and towels can be hired from the Conciergerie des Montagnes.

Fab family ski holiday
We had a lovely stay in Les Arcs - the chalet was great and the skiing was perfect. The chalet is a very short walk from the ski lifts and also all the things you need for a hassle-free ski holiday - such as ski hire, bars, restaurants and shopping facilities. Brice was extremely helpful and provided all info we needed - was also extremely accommodating when we asked if we could arrive earlier than check-in and leave slightly later than check-out! Highly recommend this chalet and this resort!

Great little apartment
This was the perfect apartment for our family of three. Great to have a lift, ski locker and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Having two bedrooms was a luxury and the second bedroom with low ceiling height was great for kids It isn't ski to door but a 5 minute walk to Villiards gets you to the trans arc lift and access to all areas of Les Arcs. Great selection of shops and restaurants in Villiards alongside the concierge building. Owner was really good with communication and helpful all the way through the process. Note that Concierge no longer provide internet connection. This is our 3rd time in Les Arcs and 1st time in 1800. We would happily return and hopefully have some fresh snow next time.

Great Apartment and Friendly Host
When looking at different options we stumbled across this newly refurbished apartment at first I thought is this too good to be true so I did lots of research eventually choosing this one. After a long drive to the alps we collected the keys and arrived at the apartment and wow it was amazing, looking just as good as the photos suggest. The location was great close to the Charmettoger car park and about a 3-5 minute walk to the Transarc which gives access to the whole mountain. The apartment was clean and extremely well refurbished. The communication before and during the trip with Brice (the owner) was easy and he answered any questions I had which put me at ease. During the first day the microwave stopped working, disaster we thought but we spoke to Brice and he organised a new one to be delivered within a day, amazing! Checkout with the new guests was simple and we quickly got on the road, at this point we forgot a laptop nightmare! But Brice helped communicate with the new tenants and we were able to retrieve the laptop, thanks again Brice. Overall we had an extremely enjoyable time, the apartment was great and Brice was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again. Michael A (and friends) P.s. Appartement bien décoré et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables. Nous avons apprécié le calme et le confort de l'appartement et de la résidence, notamment la télé dans la chambre des enfants qui nous a permis une vraie indépendance pour les soirées... Les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympathiques et arrangeants. Bref, des vacances réussies. Nous recommandons et avons prévu de revenir.

C'est un duplex: attention, l'escalier est très abrupte: non recommandé pour des petits enfants. Une belle chambre parentale. Une 2è chambre avec rideau: très basse de plafond. On ne peut pas tenir debout (adulte ou ado). Cuisine très bien équipée. Salon chaleureux. Belle terrasse. Un local à ski: mais aucun banc pour s'équiper donc pas très confortable. A 5/7 mn à pied des remontées et des commerces. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine.

Excellent séjour aux Arcs 1800 dans la résidence l'Alliet, à 5 min du centre ; joli duplex refait à neuf et bien agencé, lumineux, très bien équipé. Résidence propre, local à ski trop étroit. Accès aux pistes par le télésiège Charmettoger en montée à moins de 5 min à pieds, mais peu fréquenté.

Séjour aux Arcs 1800
Logement fonctionnel et bien équipé pour 4 adultes. Attention néanmoins à la raideur de l’escalier pour les plus jeunes enfants :). Nous avons eu un petit désagrément à notre arrivée du fait des précédents locataires mais nous tenons à remercier Laetitia et Brice pour leur réactivité et leur sérieux dans la gestion de cet incident. Réactifs et attentionnés nous recommandons leur logement placé dans ce domaine skiable incroyable ! 😻

Appart fonctionnel très proche des remontées
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement très cosy. Les 2 chambres séparées sont un vrai plus. Tout le confort moderne est inclus. La résidence est très proche des pistes (remontées Transarc ou Villards) mais non "ski aux pieds". Les commerces sont facilement accessibles. C'est vraiment idéal pour 4 adultes sans se gêner !

Merci Laetitia et Brice pour ce logement. Famille de 6 adultes et 1 bébé venus en train. Explication procédure d'arrivée très claire. Très réactif si questions. De la réservation au retour des clés en fin de séjour, tout s est parfaitement déroulé. L appartement est conforme aux photos, très propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé… Les services de la conciergerie permettent une réelle tranquillité. La résidence est calme et à proximité des pistes et des commerces. Le petit +, la possibilité de se faire livrer des courses. Séjour idéal , à recommander.

L’appartement est bien situé proche des remontées ski et du centre des Villards donc facile d’accès en navette avec des bagages Il est fonctionnel et joliment décoré rien ne nous a manqué Attention juste à l’escalier un peu raide vers l’étage des chambres mais il est bien éclairé Au total un séjour très plaisant !

Très bon séjour aux Arc 1800 dans cet agréable appartement. Bien entretenu, propre et bien aménagé. Appartement accessible facilement en arrivant en train à Bourg St Maurice, grâce au funiculaire et aux navettes gratuites (arrêt navette à 50m de la résidence). Navettes interstations également facile d’utilisation. Proche de toutes commodités (alimentation générale, boulangerie, location de matériel de ski, ski pass, remontées mécaniques à 100m accessible ski au pied par un petit chemin, restaurants, etc..) parfait pour 4 adultes. Propriétaires à l’écoute, avec rapidité de réponse. Très bonnes vacances. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Logement ok pour la localisation, 5 min du télécabine c’est le seul avantage de ce logement
A vrai dire, cet appartement aurait pu être très bien si la literie n’était pas de si mauvaise qualité, même un matelas IKea de premier prix est plus confortable! Mal au dos pendant une semaine! Comme le nettoyage est fait pr le locataire précédent, c’est limite! Enfin il est indiqué four dans l’annonce, en fait c’est juste un micro-onde, impossible de faire une tarte ou un gratin ou une viande au four! Bref, même si les propriétaires semblent très sympathiques, l’appartement n’est pas à la hauteur de la prestation de 2000€ la semaine! Pour les futurs loueurs, demandez une literie neuve!
