Arc 1800 - Studio with balcony overlooking Montblanc, at the foot of the slopes for 5/6 people.

Beautiful studio for 5/6 people in a residence located at the foot of the slopes (Departure and return to the ski-in ski-out residence).
The apartment has a balcony with views of Mont Blanc. It is located on the 10th floor and does not overlook the entrance hall, so it is quiet. The apartment is located in the heart of the village of Charvet. It is in the immediate vicinity of the French Ski School. A daycare is available at the foot of the residence. Restaurants, supermarket, ski equipment rental and various shops are less than 100m from the residence.
The apartment is fully equipped (floor renovated in 2017).
At the entrance a sleeping area with a double loft bed (140x190 is not suitable for a child under 6) and 2 single beds, one of which is in a drawer (2x 80x190).
Shower room (tropical shower and hairdryer) and WC (separate) were renovated in 2016.
Kitchen area (renovated in 2014) with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine. Kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue maker, Nespresso. The living room is made up of 2 80X190 beds which can be joined into a 160x190 double bed with dining area and TV.

You can take advantage of regular discounts on ski equipment (-10%) and on ski lessons (-10%)
Seasonal summer guests are welcome.

Séjour aux Arcs 1800 : design, calme et montagnes

On a beaucoup apprécié la situation, les équipements et la propreté de l'appartement. C'était impeccable pour deux. La vue Mont Blanc souhaitée était au RDV. Nous vous conseillons vivement ce lieu de vacances.

Très belle station et sensation ski assurée

Très chouette logement nous étions trois adultes et l’espace était suffisant. Les gens dans la station sont tres agréables . Nous recommandons pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille.

Nous sommes globalement très satisfait de notre séjour et l'appartement était très satisfaisant pour ce prix. Quelques remarques supplémentaires : - Appartement bien placé : très bien situé dans la station et accès facile aux pistes via un chemin par le centre d'Arcs 1800. - Appartement très bien équipé : beaucoup de vaisselle et d'équipements électroménager. - Literie moyenne : les matelas des lits simples n'était pas très bons (matelas fins en mousse) et les oreillers sont en mauvais état. - Un peu bruyant : l'absence de locaux à skis rend les couloirs assez bruyants le matin et le soir. - Salle de bain agréable, avec une grande douche. Il ne manquerait qu'un petit radiateur ou sèche-serviette pour faire sécher quelques affaires de ski.

Sehr variantenreiches Skigebiet; Liftanlagen ausgezeichnet miteinander vernetzt; der Ort Les Arcs 1800 ist ein typisch französischer Wintersportort: sehr funktionell angelegt, alle nötigen Geschäfte vorhanden, Bandbreite an Restaurants, große Wohnsilos ohne Charme, aber die Wohnungen darin verfügen über alles Nötige. Von der Haustür direkter Pistenzugang. Wenn der Sport, das Skifahren, im Vordergrund steht, eine sehr gute Option.

Appartement parfait pour nous. Bien situé, bien équipé. Si enfant en bas âge, très pratique car se situe dans l'immeuble de la garderie ESF. On sent que le propriétaire a équipe cet appartement pour son bien être quand il l'occupe et du coup les locataires en profitent. Grande douche très agréable

Super appartement, notamment pour partir entre amis! Malgré ses 26m2, l'appartement était agréable à vivre, et très bien situé dans la station des Arcs! (pied des pistes + commerces en bas de l'immeuble). Bien équipé, et un propriétaire à l'écoute, près à répondre à vos questions. Super séjour, que nous pourrions renouveler sans hésiter!
