room very small hard to move around, hotel had no towels on our arrival which was not mentioned at reception so could not take a shower, had to ask for towels at reception in the morning,

Franchement c’est un hôtel social avec beaucoup d’indigents qui logent. Une odeur horrible, we et douches collectifs sur le palier et vraiment très très sales…. Sur le sol il y avait du café et des détritus de nourriture (photo à dispo si besoin). Je suis journaliste et je ne vais pas faire de publicité pour votre établissement…. Franchement entre la pub sur internet et la réalité…. C’est pourquoi je vous demanderait de faire un geste commercial afin de nous dédommager du prix (46€). On a roulé 800 il pour ce retrouver dans une chambre très sale et une odeur…..

Tres bien pour l'accueil mais chambre vetuste ( la fenetre ne ferme pas bien) et sale. Le lavabo n'avait visiblement pas ete nettoye alors que je suis arrivee à 21h Franchement, une nuit c'est le maximum !

Quand on est arrivés on nous a proposé une chambre avec deux lits alors que nous avions demandé un lit double, l’hôtel nous a proposé une autre chambre où il n’y avait ni serviettes ni eau chaude ni verres à dents, nous avons dû en demander. Le matin la douche était tiède et l’eau du robinet froide.

Mauvais séjour
l’absence de serviette dans la chambre ce qui devait être vite résolu. Mais personne n’est venu et à partir de 20h plus d’accueil. Gel douche absent( boitier arraché) et store de fenêtre cassé. Hall d’entrée ouvert comme un hall de gare donc sans sécurité . D’autant que rdc est en a accueille social.
