"This is by far the best place that my husband and I have ever stayed. The house was in the center of town, where you could get to the highways within 5 minutes. "So the homeowner was very nice and responded quickly and the home was very clean For the price he is asking it is decent. however it doesn’t show much about the neighborhood It is sketchy so maybe Google Earth it before you stay and see if you’re comfortable with that. Also, the floors are rotten in the house, and the planks are coming up, which pinched our feet and causes to trip multiple times so be cautious of that. Those are all tiny details that can be fixed.
