"We all enjoyed our stay. The area is very quiet, and on reflection a bit too quiet for us but would suit people looking to get away from it. The view from the garden is fantastic. The kids loved the pool and especially the tree house. The childrens room was absolutely fine for them and great to have a bath. House was.comfortable, lovely big sofa. "Nous avons passé de superbes vacances d'été en famille. La maison est exceptionnelle avec ses 6 chambres. Mon papa ne supportant pas la chaleur, il a pu se ressourcer à l'étage dans le salon climatisé, nous ne la mettions même pas en bas mais elle fonctionne très bien. Beaucoup d'équipements, de vaisselle, tout est pensé pour fonctionner en famille nombreuse. De 3 ans à 60 ans en passant par les ados, chacun a pu se créer des merveilleux souvenirs en famille. "Our extended family group (2 families + grandparent+visiting friends) had a fabulous stay at Martin's holiday home. The children in our group loved the pool and spent hours in it, while the adults especially enjoyed breakfasts and dinners in the beautiful garden, all accompanied by the sound of fresh running water from the mountains. "This house and location is one of a kind. It is a magnificent place to stay, and the location - although pretty rural - is also amazing. You are right at a vineyard, and the surrounding countryside is beautiful, quiet, serene. The photos of the house and surrounding areas to not do it justice! There was 10 of us in our family group and we all had a lot of space for ourselves, and the common areas for us to gather were relaxing, and really nice to hang out. "We were very happy with the house itself but disappointed with the outdoor area as we had hoped to enjoy eating out there. Unfortunately perhaps not appropriate in September with all the trees and plants in the gulley below we were badly bitten. Lov ed the village and restaurants/bars there."

"Not sure where to begin! The house is absolutely fabulous: vast rooms, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and fabulous garden with pool. It was just perfect for our family group with lots of space. The pictures in the listing don’t do it justice. Beautiful traditional French house in the centre of Saint Jean, a village we know well and love. Great central location with easy access to larger towns and the coast. Highly recommended!"
