This was a nice house with beautiful kitchen and everything you need! The next door neighbor has an eclectic custom bicycle workshop. We enjoyed our stay.
A friend and I stayed here for a girl’s weekend. We loved the great location — walkable to Pearl Street and the campus, as well as a cute coffee shop (loved grabbing breakfast at Alpine Modern just a few blocks away!). The house was very clean and well stocked. We appreciated the comfortable beds after hiking most days of our trip! The only thing we missed a bit was a TV in the living room — would have been nice to unwind in the evening with a show, but that definitely wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We both agreed we’d stay at the house again if we ever find ourselves back in Boulder!
The thick stone walls of this house keep in the warm in the winter, keep in the cool during the summer, and keep out random noise; perfect! Parking can be a bit tricky if you have a car though.
Charming interior and great location for walking to CUB campus
This place has tons of character and charm. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is tastefully decorated and stocked with a few essentials. Great communication with the host and easy to access with the lock pad. However, I think it was a miss that there is no electric coffee maker, only a French press, which is difficult for more than two people.I also wish they would’ve mentioned that there is no TV in the house. The outside looks a bit messy with a bunch of bikes in the driveway but inside is tastefully decorated. Easy walking distance to campus and the Hill.
Cute little property with all the little things to make it feel like home. What a beautiful kitchen too! Don't be afraid to rent this place if it's a hot weekend in Boulder. It was in the mid 90s the weekend we were there, and the house remained cool (only air conditioning was a window air unit in the upstairs bedroom). The main level stayed cool just as is and if we wanted it cooler, opening a window at night was more than sufficient. We were never uncomfortable. Thank you for a great stay!
Fun place but stay was marred by the poor cooling inside as a bridal party got ready. Needs additional AC unit downstairs. Host did not respond on the second day when asked about making it cooler. Recommend clearly stating the cooling challenges up front. Location was great for us.
Great location close to campus and the hill. Perfect home base for graduation week. Be warned though - you are right in the thick of it - kids everywhere, noise, but super fun! And worth it to be able to walk to all activities, meals, etc and not have to deal with traffic and parking. Place was just as advertised and had all we needed. The weather wasn't great so we didn't use the backyard at all - It was a bit run down and not appealing so if that's high on your list you might be disappointed.

Historic home
Historic home right on The Hill. Owner sooo attentive to all inquires. Home has bountiful interesting touches. Kitchen has tea, coffee and condiments which is convenient if you are cooking in. The property is half of an old home and I think the next door neighbor uses driveway for his bike repair business so front and back yards pretty unattractive and clunky. Once inside though that goes away. Beds very comfortable and shower great.
My niece, mom and I were excited to stay here, as it was close to my nephew's place, but after I booked and paid, the owner cancelled the reservation. Very disappointing.
The inside of the duplex is great. There are two bedrooms, one bath, a beautiful kitchen, and a sitting area. My husband and I stayed for the weekend with one adult son. I would go again!
910 University is a great location -the house has a fun artistic charm, was very clean and is well stocked. (Exceptional kitchen supplies but it was too hot too cook.)
The host was very pleasant and helpful.
Beware of the summer heat, though. No AC on the ground floor provided a comfort-challenge during record-breaking summer heat.
Lucy was a great host and we had such an enjoyable stay. The place has such a good vibe and is very tastefully decorated.
We loved the location being so close to downtown Boulder and Chautauqua Park. We will defiantly stay there again.
Absolutely loved staying here, it was a wonderful location and was exactly as pictured. The upstairs bedroom was honestly bigger then I thought. My only suggestions would be to add a humidifier for the out of town people struggling with the dry Colorado air and if there is a way to add a projector in the living room area that would be amazing. Obviously just personal preference there, the stay was still wonderful.
We stayed here while helping our son move in to his dorm. Perfect location! Right by campus and so easy to get to stores and restaurants. Kitchen has been remodeled very recently!
