Sunny, modern and expansive home + garage (EV charger available) in Boulder's most desired neighborhood, 3 blocks to Mount Sanitas + 10 minute walk to Pearl St shops and restaurants. Mid-century furnishings, warm woods, teal and coral accents, and geometric prints complement leafy views over the quiet, tree-lined street and garden beyond. Recently renovated with high end finishes and 2022 furnishing upgrades. Carefully selected furnishings and finishes create a clean, modern, but welcoming environment. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized wool and latex mattress, two generously sized dressers, and a walk in closet.

For remote workers, the guest room features a large modern desk and comfortable office chair as well as a printer (the kitchen peninsula also doubles as a great workspace).
The guest room also has a daybed (doubles as a twin bed), and an additional twin trundle bed perfect for guests. All bedding is provided. Everything is included - just bring your suitcases!

This is the main floor unit of a duplex. The 1 bed, 1 bath upper unit is also available on a 30+ day basis (See vrbo/989140). Inquire about renting both units.

Mapleton Hill is Boulder's oldest, and most desirable neighborhood, due to it's close proximity to downtown/Pearl Street with it's restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique stores, in addition to it's location next to Boulder's best hiking trails (3 blocks to Mt Sanitas trailhead, a challenging 3.5 mile loop offering some of the best views of the city and backrange).

There is private off street parking available, in addition to a small garage that can accommodate a standard sized car or SUV including plenty of storage. Level 2 EV charger is available for guest's use. A freshly landscaped, spacious backyard is perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or exploring the Pearl Street Mall.

Wonderful house
We totally enjoyed our month stay in this house. The inside is updated, clean and stocked with everything you need. The location could not be better as it is close to downtown Boulder and the hiking trails. Cheryl is a hands on host and easy to communicate with. I would not hesitate to return.

Terrific house in gorgeous, iconic Mapleton hill area!!
Cheryl's beautifully remodeled house is a fabulous find! The photos are great, yet the house is even better than depicted. It has a great feel, lovely modern design and lives larger than it appears. We were lucky to have stayed for three and a half months! King size bed is incredibly comfortable, bedding, kitchen items, towels, etc. are all high end! The home is well stocked with environmentally friendly products. The back yard is delightful, quiet and peaceful, as is the neighborhood! We enjoyed many dinners in the back yard with friends! Nice next door neighbors too! The location is premier! There are far more walkers on the street than cars! Great hiking trails are just a few blocks away from the house as is the downtown Pearl Street pedestrian mall. Pearl Street has great restaurants, galleries, shops, and entertainment! Walking among the historic homes with their gorgeous architecture and stunning perennial gardens is a real treat! We have stayed in countless VRBO properties and have been lucky to have had great hosts. We have to say though Cheryl is the superstar of all hosts! She is so friendly, a great communicator and dedicated to ensuring her guests have a great experience! She is the most responsive host we’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing!

Location, location, location!
This property is the perfect place to enjoy all that Boulder offers. It is well appointed, comfortable, clean and close to trails and Pearl Street. The host is friendly and very responsive.
