The space
Custom home on an 11 acre natural setting. Wildlife everywhere. Foxes, deer, elk, moose, occasional mountain lions and bears. This house has many floor to ceiling glass walls. This is why I call it my “Reverse Zoo”. A “Reverse Zoo” is where the animals look through the glass at the human exhibit.
Guest access
Entire home all to yourself. Outdoor RV parking available. Covered parking available leading into garage due to overhang of the roof. Upper deck, 3 outdoor flagstone patios. You own private hideaway.
Other things to note
The weather can move through very quickly at 7650 feet altitude in the Rockies. It can be stormy one minute, and sunny next. At times, the wind can be quite strong moving through weather fronts. At other times no wind at all. Watching weather coming over the Continental Divide is amazing. Sometimes you really are literally living in the clouds. Please be conscious of the fact that we are visitors in this forest and please treat all wildlife with the respect it deserves.
