Contemporary 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom custom home on two levels. Open floor plan with large chef kitchen. Great room with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, 65” Sony flat screen TV opens to a large patio with outside seating and dining table. Many large windows brighten every room! A Sonos Music Account is included for your enjoyment.

A private office with a built-in desk work area is located on the main level. Upgraded Wireless Mesh System for up to 600mbps throughout the home. The printer/Scanner/Copier is available for your use and is located in the office area.

The master bedroom is located on the main level and is furnished with a king bed. An attached private bathroom with a large walk-in shower includes multiple shower heads and body sprayers. This bedroom has a very spacious closet, a ceiling fan, and a 55" TV.

Two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with a King Bed. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan and large closet and share a full bathroom with a combination tub/shower. The second floor also has an additional open office work area with built-in desk/counter/cabinetry.

May Boulder Trip
The home was an excellent choice. Super clean, everything that we needed was there. In addition to the great home, they had lots of patio space with furniture outside and a great view of the foot hills ( Mt Sanitas ). I highly recommend this property

Beautiful, well stocked home in great location
This was the perfect home for our group. It had everything we needed. Loved having King size beds in all the rooms, which were very comfortable. Nice outdoor space with gas grill. 5 minute drive to Pearl St. Our host was very responsive & easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!

The owner/manager was So attentive and always got back quickly with any questions!! There was a storm and she made sure the heat was on when we arrived And the driveway/walkway was shoveled! Perfect house for what we needed!!

Wonderful time staying in Boulder
Staying in Boulder was a great spot to hit all the surrounding areas and Boulder is so beautiful and has things to do and see close by. Absolutely Outstanding!
To start, I am not someone who writes public reviews. But in this case I am compelled to. From start to finish our experience at this property, and with this host, was exceptional. To start, it was very easy to book and it was wonderfully easy to communicate with the host, Zhanna. She was responsive, accommodating, charming in her notes, and seemed to sincerely care that our family had a pleasant experience. As for the home itself, it couldn't have been better. Extremely well appointed. All the way from the high end appliances in the kitchen, to entertainment systems, to the art on the walls. Our family loves to cook and this definitely had a gourmet kitchen suitable for any kind of cooking. Everything worked perfectly along with having amble dining supplies (dishes, glasses, flatware etc.). The bedrooms were extremely comfortable with plenty of storage space. The bathrooms felt luxurious. It was simply a very comfortable home with wonderful outdoor areas. It really felt like a luxury resort all in one lovely home. It even had two fully outfitted offices so my wife and I could easily do a little work while away (ugg). The location is on a very quiet street that is just charming. Even the neighbor waved hi to us making us feel very welcome. If you are going to stay in Boulder and looking for the perfect home as your base of operation this is it! Treat yourself!! Thank you Zhanna for sharing your lovely home with us! It helped us have a perfect vacation!

Excellent home and location perfect for access to DT Boulder!
Amenities were awesome...kitchen, baths and electronics! Location perfect for access to DT Boulder and nearby hiking. Host very accommodating. Only ding, access code snafu, locked out for 40 mins. upon arrival. If had cell for host would have solved that problem sooner. Would book again in a minute, and I'm kinda picky! Great property!

The property was very clean. High end finishes and appliances ( Sub Zero, Wolf... ). Office area worked out great. Nice quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was great, made sure everything was good and answered questions very quickly. Highly recommend this host and property. If needed would definitely stay there again.

Perfect home away from home
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was exactly as pictured and had all the amenities we needed for our home away from home. We were 6 adults and there was plenty of room inside and out for all of us. The office space was great as my husband had some unexpected work come up. Zhanna, the owner was a a pleasure to work with and answered all questions promptly and even came out early one morning to drop off a blender. The house is on a quiet street and downtown Boulder is walkable or a quick 5min car ride. We found the bike path helpful when walking to and from town. If your travels bring you to Boulder, I highly recommend this rental.

Great VRBO
Lovely property close to downtown Boulder. Stayed here at the end of a week of hotel stays and it was a welcome respite. Sorry we couldn’t use the kitchen more on our short stay. Don’t hesitate to book this property!
