"Loved this property! Cabin felt spacious and was clean. We had the cabin with the half bath, so had to go to the camp showers, but they were also clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend this place, great proximity to incredible adventures. We loved lower calf creek falls and natural arch at the Escalante River trail head. "

"Gorgeous place. Enjoyed a moonlit night with a campfire. There IS a shower (note on VRBO indicates no shower); shower is just not located IN the wagon. Accessibility: Must climb a 3 step ladder to enter wagon so could be a challenge for some. Less than 20 mins to restaurants. Host, Tim was very congenial. Unique experience, would recommend."

"Nice cabin only problem was it was a bit cold at night - we could have done with some more blankets - and heater /AC was noisy The outside area was a bit tatty. Reception girls were very helpful and friendly. "

"The Red Rock Ranch was a perfect place for us to gather with family and as a base for desert fun. We had grandparents, parents, and kids and everyone had a comfortable place to be. The rooms and dens/living rooms were all comfortable and spacious. The home was well stocked with everything you need. The porch and outdoor areas were lovely. We highly recommend this rental and will plan to stay here again the next time we gather as a family in Escalante!"

"5 stars!!!! This is tiny house living as a pioneer cabin should be!! Very cute, well stocked, great set up for a little place. Plenty of storage for suitcases and big bathroom! This is a new listing so I provided some suggestions that could enhance it even more, but we loved it and would stay here again when we're in the area in the future."

"The cabin is located in an ideal spot close to Capitol Reef National Park. It was well stocked and clean. Very comfortable for my husband and I. Check in and out processes were clearly communicated. The dark night skies offered fantastic star gazing right from the porch."

"We booked this cabin as a re-set couple of days between two stints of camping so we could shower and do laundry. The three bedroom set up worked well with our group. The laundry set up was one very large washer (top load, no agitator) and a regular dryer. Everything worked, we did 3 loads of laundry, and had 4 people showered with no issues. We appreciated the plentiful number of towels, and the well-stocked kitchen. We do note that you should bring in your own bathroom kit—no soap provided....

"This property is simply breathtaking! It is located on a beautiful piece of property which is somewhat remote. The house is wonderfully equipped with everything you would need. It gives the feel of a warm, personal cabin with a welcoming vibe! We were able to see the Milky Way by walking out on the back deck at night as it was so dark. It is wonderfully located to explore Capital Reef and the surrounding areas. We happened to meet the hostess upon arriving who was very accommodating and...

"The location was great for a base. The place has everything you could want/need. Bed was super comfortable and everything was wonderful. Just a suggestion, have an extra blanket or 2 in the living room(s) to snuggle into the comfy furniture. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom needs to be fixed. We couldnt use it and sleep. It may be out of balance, it kept thumping once it got up to speed. Lastly and this wasnt something that freaked us out, but.... There were a lot of living and dead...

"Beyond our expectations. Perfect for 4 fishing buddies. Closer to the highway than expected but luckily not too much late night traffic. 3 bathrooms is fantastic. Could use a coffee table in the great room. Master bed is lumpy and should be replaced."

"Very cute little studio behind Hills and Hollow which was great when we needed a few last minute items! Very comfortable bed, nice view, and a great launching off point for your exploration in boulder. One note—do not lock the bottom lock! It is noted in the check-in instructions but no signage elsewhere so just another reminder here. Very cute, would stay again! "
