Barbara was more than accommodating from the moment we arrived to the second we departed, a truly fantastic host! The large garden and pool had our 4 year old in his element the entire holiday enabling Mum and Dad plenty of relaxing time to reset. Thank you Barbara again! Cottage was ideal for what we were looking for - self contained, quiet, private, secure parking and great base for cycling both sides of the Loire and very quiet back roads. Very large garden space front and back was a bonus. All made it an excellent weeks stay. "

"Well equipped beautiful cottage in the Loire countryside. Very Clean. Owners are very welcoming and friendly and have a vineyard 1/2 an hour away - worth the trip and the tasting. The house is close to Saumur which is lovely and has lots to see and do, including nice restaurants and is well located for visiting some famous historical sites like Chinon and Fontavraud Abbey. a very relaxing break."

"Nothing like the pictures when we booked. Very shabby accommodation. One indoor very crowded pool and No facilities on site, you have to go int Saumur which is a lovely city. You have to pay extra for bedding . Beds uncomfortable and furniture all very old. Definitely not worth the money. "
